We're very excited to announce that we're having a refurbishment of some of our bedrooms from 27th November 2022 to 28th January 2023. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

We had a family room, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive. We all had a very enjoyable meal in the bar.

No complaints.

High standard stay!
Pros:

Large room with high standard of finish. Little touches like fresh milk in the mini bar, Shark hairdryer and lovely bathroom products made it feel superior. Close to station, high street and Thames. Walked to Bushy Park for parkrun and later to Hampton Court (got the R68 bus back).

Staff appear to no longer care about customers.
Pros:

We have visited multiple times before and love the location

Cons:

We had a couple of complaints on departure, one regarding mouldy curtains. Despite being told we would get a call back and chasing twice via phone and email, a month on we have heard nothing. Very disappointing.

Great rooms, and a nice breakfast. Good prices for the area!

Free parking is always a bonus when staying in London

Cons:

Whilst parking is ample the car park does become quite full if there is a function in the pub.

Pros:

Great for parents with kids in one of the family rooms. Air conditioning was a god send after 35C days. Good breakfast also

Cons:

People walking around upstairs created a lot of noise and kept everyone awake for a couple of hours in the night but it was fine for the rest of the time.

Excellent small hotel with very friendly helpful staff and the hotel has a lovely relaxed atmospher
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable
Breakfast was delicious very relaxed and great friendly service
We loved the beer garden we had lunch there it was so nice
Our room overlooked the beer garden but there was no noise
The decor of the hotel is very nice

Pros:

Wonderful hotel in the center of Teddington, walking distance from good restaurants, pubs and train station. Charming, quiet, clean room with excellent bed, convenient desk, and not noisy AC. Courteous and helpful staff. Good food, incl. English breakfast made of fresh and tasty products, and high grade fish and chips.
