Cons:

Pour les équipements bébé, nous avons voyagé avec un bébé et je ne trouve pas ça normal d’avoir un lit adulte pour bébé
Pourquoi ne pas prévoir des lits parapluies ?
Notre fille est tombé 2 fois du lit en pleine nuit malgré les coussins qui la bloquaient

Nada No suelo dejar reseñas, pero en este caso siento que debo hacerlo para avisar a futuros huéspedes y evitar que se lleven una sorpresa desagradable.
Pagué casi 200 euros por una sola noche con desayuno incluido y, sinceramente, ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. La relación calidad-precio ha estado muy lejos de lo esperado y la estancia no cumplió con el nivel que uno espera por ese importe

No escribo esta reseña como una crítica, sino como una advertencia para las personas que estén pensando alojarse aquí.
Nos entregaron la habitación a las cinco de la tarde. Íbamos con una persona mayor y un niño, muertos de calor y de sed, y no tuvieron ni el detalle de ofrecernos una sola botella de agua.
Además, estaban pintando los pasillos de la planta donde nos alojaron y el olor a pintura era muy fuerte e incómodo.
La atención del personal fue pésima, especialmente en recepción. En nuestra experiencia, el trato fue poco educado y dio la sensación de que había diferencias dependiendo de si eras árabe o no.
Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, antiguas y con muchas cosas rotas. También nos pareció excesivamente caro comer o incluso comprar agua dentro del hotel.
Respecto a la tasa turística, nos llamó la atención que en recepción parecían aplicar importes distintos según la nacionalidad, algo que nos generó confusión.
Me duele mucho tener que dejar esta reseña porque he estado en muchos hoteles en Marrakech y, sin duda, esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido, especialmente por el trato recibido.
Lo comparto únicamente como advertencia para quienes estén valorando reservar aquí. Después, cada uno decidirá por sí mismo

Pool and great location, close to menara mall. Very nica massage in the spa

Cons:

They have problem with allocating rooms. We were disturb multiple times asking us that we need to check out after our first day. The room they allocated to us was named after different customer. They mixed room numbers.

Decent hotel that could be better.
Pros:

The location is very close to Menara mall. The pool is good sized. Rooms are decent sized too with double beds in twin rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Bar staff. The guy was just rude. It was almost like if you tip him he's happy with you if you don't he was exceptionally rude. Charged 10x the price of water in the bar for a bottle. That's nearly 6 euros for a bottle of 1.5l water. The hotel needs to look at this. In summer it's exceptionally hot and the hotel to charge that kind of money is a robbery.

The breakfast is repetitive.

We weren't allowed an early check in, which is fine but our room wasn't ready at check in time either.

The porters attitude is poor.

The bathroom style is odd with the toilet in one room and the sink and bath shower in another. You have to go to another room to wash your hands after you've been to the toilet. Very odd.

The rooms do need a little upgrading now.
