I will not stay again in this hotel.
Pros:

1-Staff, especial thanks to Marwa and Yousuf, both souls are friendly and cooperative.
2-Location

Cons:

-Dinning hall is dull and cheap chandeliers have made it worst.
2- breakfast is highly disappointing, only one type of bread was available during our 4 nights stay. Our rooms 524 and 314 Commodes were old and dirty (we need to change the room because in room 524 bathroom had no pressure and sometimes we had to wait for few seconds for water to start. Bathroom is bare minimum equipped. Besides one bottle of shampoo face wash and body wash all three in bottle near the shower and two small tablets of sops there’s nothing there. Hotel is not well maintained. It is a four start properly with 2 stars facilities.

Don't waste your money!
Pros:

The rear pool area of this property is quite nice.

Cons:

This is not a 4 star level property. The overall property is in real need of a refurbishment - it feels very tired and dated. The bathroom wasn't clean, towels hard and old, no water in the room, no toiletries apart from a wall mounted dispenser in the shower. For what we paid, there are much better options out there, I would not stay here again.

It served its purpose for this trip, but I would not stay again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. Although it was a business trip, I did manage to get in the pool, which was lovely

Cons:

The hotel is really tired and out of date. I thought the hotel food was basic, with breakfast just about passable, but constant problems with the coffee machines. The evening meals were just about edible in my view, I opted to eat out of the hotel in the end!

There was no gym facilities in use owing to apparent renovations. I was astounded I could not get an iron or ironing board, although in the end the hotel eventually lent me an iron as I said I did not want an ironing service, but had to use a towel on the desk as a board. NETFLIX App on TV not working, with poor TV options
