Honnêtement, difficile de trouver un point positif après une expérience aussi décevante

Cons:

Le manque total de professionnalisme et de maintenance : télévision, téléphone, climatisation et eau chaude hors service, personnel désagréable, room service décevant et ambiance très peu accueillante du début à la fin.

hotel bien placé pour visiter Marrakech
Pros:

belle piscine chauffée, très bon petit déjeuner, serveurs très sympa, chambre confortable.

Cons:

bruits de travaux sur un chantier à coté de l'hôtel.
l'hotel meriterai un bon rafraichissement extérieur,
qualité repas du soir à améliorer.

n'étant resté qu'une seule nuit, nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour découvrir l'hôtel mais le passage par la piscine nous a fait le plus grand bien.

Cons:

Je trouve que le prix des consommations à la piscine est relativement cher.

2 star at best. Only saving grace is the pool.
Pros:

Great location. Beds comfortable. Great pool. Pool bar staff nice and friendly. Friendly young chap in breakfast staff. Taxis right outside. Great food selection in the pool bar and the terrace restaurant.

Cons:

So many things - the place is dirty. Can’t understand others saying it was clean. My feet were black from walking in bare feet in our room! Dropped something which went under the bed, it was filthy with things left over from previous guests. No water or toiletries in the room. Breakfast bland and fruit selection really poor. Check in staff slow and inefficient.

Cons:

La différence entre le prix de la réservation sur Booking et le supplément a régler le jour de notre arrivé a l'hôtel suite un taux de change et sans être avertie avant .le prix des boissons au bar.

Dommage, très cher vu la qualité.
Pros:

Le confort des chambres. La piscine agréable. Peu de monde. Proximité du centre commercial et restaurants.

Cons:

Le bruit extérieur . Travaux incessants dans le voisinage , tous les jours y compris dimanche. Impossible de se reposer dans la chambre et même à la piscine .
La demi pension : peu de choix et surtout les entrées et desserts identiques tous les jours. On avait l'impression de manger les restes de la veille.
Repas et tarif global hyper chers pour une qualité de 2 ou 3 étoiles max. Je ne conseille pas et ne reviendrais pas malgré le bon acceuil.
Parking minuscule. Difficile de se garer.
