Family friendly service
Pros:

Having a great family holiday at Sol Costa Darada. Very welcoming staff, service is exceptional especially the food. Entertainment is highly entertaining and had me laughing. Would highly recommend again. 👍🇮🇪👍🇮🇪👍

De kamer was een enorme teleurstelling. De airco werkte niet en blies alleen warme lucht. Er werd gezegd dat de balkondeur dicht moest zijn, maar die was gewoon dicht. Een werkende airco is tegenwoordig geen luxe, maar een basisvoorziening. Zonder airco kun je nauwelijks slapen, en een hotel boek je juist voor rust en een goede nachtrust. Door de hitte was dat onmogelijk en is mijn verblijf volledig verpest. Uiteindelijk ben ik zo snel mogelijk weer vertrokken.

Wat het extra frustrerend maakt, is dat de eerste indruk totaal niet overeenkomt met de werkelijkheid. De entree en lobby ogen als een luxe 5-sterrenhotel. Je voelt de koele airco al zodra je binnenkomt en denkt: wauw, dit ziet er veelbelovend uit. Maar zodra je de lift instapt en op je verdieping aankomt, begint dat gevoel al te verdwijnen. Eenmaal in de kamer werd dat helaas volledig bevestigd.

Mijn advies: investeer minder in een indrukwekkende lobby en meer in de kamers. Uiteindelijk betaal je om comfortabel in je kamer te verblijven, niet om een mooie lobby te bewonderen. Voor mij was dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en ik kom hier zeker niet meer terug.

Amazing hotel, would definitely go back!!
Pros:

I have just came back from spending 11 days at this hotel, and it was amazing. We were half board, and the food was good, there was always loads to choose from and something for everyone. The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and very tidy. It is a 10 minutes walk to the centre and to the nearest supermarket, so could maybe do with having a supermarket in the hotel. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and the room got cleaned every day. We were there for some of the football and they put it on the big screen and the atmosphere was amazing. All of the staff throughout the hotel were so lovely and friendly, a special mention to Carla and Iker in the bars who were so nice to us and easy to talk to. The animation team were fantastic, they always had a smile on their faces. They put on loads of shows, discos, and loads of other activities. They are by far the best animation team i have seen out of all the hotels i’ve been to. It is a very family oriented hotel, and would be great for families with young children. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i think its great value for money, would definitely go back.

Hotel très propre, personnel souriant et accueillant.

Cons:

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui possède un parking sous sol payant !!! Un extra de 12€ par jour sinon tu galère à trouver une place à l'extérieur. Le coffre fort dans la chambre est aussi payant 3€ par jour sinon tu te retrouve à te promener avec tes objets de valeurs et tes papiers... je trouve ça honteux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles..
