Pros:

En general todo. Las instalaciones son geniales, la piscina, el comedor… pero lo destacable es el personal que tiene desde las personas de la limpieza hasta el de seguridad pero me gustaría destacar por encima de todo a las personas que atienden el bufet, siempre con una sonrisa y haciéndote la estancia mucho más amable! Son geniales, de verdad gracias! Especial mención a Eva, qué persona más increíble! Una semana de lujo en un hotel de lujo!

La cortina de la habitación no cubre bien y entra mucha luz en cuanto amanece…

posizione, comodissima per le faccende che dovevo sbrigare
staff gentilissimo e cordiale, ho fatto checkin alle ore 23 circa per via del ritardo nel volo

Cons:

nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia, dotazioni del bagno minime. Distributore della carta igienica tipo stazione di servizio, tutto inadatto per un 4 stelle
parte dolce della colazione di bassa qualità

La confort moyen de la chambre / le bruit énormissime dans les terraces et les copuleirs / le manque total d'isolation phonique.
Pas une bouteille d'eau - peu ou pas de produit d'accueil .
Cet hôtel est loin de mériter **** étoiles, élément principal de notre choix.
