Pros:

Very nice place to stay. As a working musician I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels/motels. This one was top of heap. Extremely clean and well kept.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré un accueil glacial.

Lit et draps confortables
TV connectée
Hôtel bien entretenu et qui sent bon
Bon emplacement.
Proximité centre ville et tanger outlet.

Cons:

Pas de gel douche à disposition dans la salle de bain.
La personne que l' on a eu au check in n'est pas très polie : on n' a pas eu droit à un "bonjour" et n' est pas souriante. C'est dommage !

Terrible Stay
Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years for a good experience. No more!!! Our room, 207, smelled like wet dog and the bathtub had to be wiped down with a hand towel due to dirt. I reported this at checkout and Ken, desk agent, did not care. He was more focused on his computer than what I was telling him. This is our last stay at this hotel. Front desk staff need to work on customer service. Plenty of other hotels in the area especially competitors.
