Gostamos da localização, da infraestrutura do hotel e em especial da atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários. Café da manhã excelente. Bons cafés e restaurantes ao redor do hotel. Próximo a shopping.

Cons:

Para ficar ainda melhor poderia diminuir o aroma que exala na recepção.

Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários muito educados, café da manhã diversificado.

Cons:

Achei que os travesseiros não eram muito confortáveis. Mas pedi para trocarem na recepção e melhorou um pouco.

Best part of the stay was the cleanliness and the staff.
Pros:

The staff and the cleanliness were the best part of the stay, especially Marçal from the reception, and the staff from the breakfast room/restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful.

Cons:

Unfortunately the 3 nights we were there there was a LOT of slamming doors, yelling and noises in general in the middle of the night, but I didn’t call the reception to complain and just used my noise cancelling headphones instead, so I cannot say is the hotels fault, however the walls of our room allowed for the noise to be heard very well. Another point I should mention is that the room we stayed in felt very dated and would benefit from renovations. The hotel also advertises they have a spa in the premises but the spa is no longer there. The gym is tiny and around 8-9 am it was very crowded.
