RELAX e CONFORT immerso nella natura
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, caratteristica ed immersa nel verde del campo da golf. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Vicinanza al centro storico di Valbonne ed a soli 15 min. da Cannes. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi. Ottima SPA.

Cons:

Servizio ristorazione molto lento e personale non troppo accogliente. Questa è l'unica parte che non mi ha soddisfatto nonostante il ristorante sia molto bello. Pulizia della terrazza della nostra camera, che aveva erbacce un po ovunque. In una struttura così bella questa parte stona un po.

Bel endroit mais un peu décevant

C'est un bel endroit, bien placé

Cons:

Pour la catégorie de l'hôtel le service laisse a désirer. Pas de climatisation au départ, le service pour le pdj le dernier jour, déplorable car a 9h ils sont en train de préparer les tables pour le déjeuner et on peut pas s'asseoir ou l'on veut, avec des gens qui nettoient, etc. Pour un hôtel Original Collection, service tres moyen. Certaines personnes de l'établissement très bien comme Morgan( qui a fait des efforts pour trouver la solution aux petits problèmes)et Julien. Belles chambres mais pas beaucoup des articles complémentaires, comme pantoufles, etc

I loved the calm easy going club atmosphere and being surrounded by nature was just the best feeling

I loved the calm atmosphere and the service was non intrusive but staff were always helpful when we did ask for something

Cons:

I think the pool area could do with some big urns planted with flowers or shrubs and the breakfast could be improved

Posizione ideale per la tranquillità, l’hotel è immerso in un campo da golf, i prati verdi ben curati fanno da contorno e mettono tranquillità

Credo che il campo da golf abbia la priorità sugli ospiti dell’hotel
L’impressione è che l’albergo sia di contorno, probabilmente si sono trovati una bella struttura e l’hanno adoperata

Pros:

Très bonne situation , proche de Valbonne dans un parc verdoyant avec vue sur le golf. Bon accueil

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au dessus de l'entrée de l'hôtel et qui était un peu bruyante: avec un volet qui ne pouvait pas se fixer et qui battait au vent, nous étions réveillé tôt le matin par le bruit des éboueurs , des camions de livraison et des souffleurs dans les jardins. Nous aurions espéré un peu plus de tranquillité dans cet environnement éloigné de la ville.

L emplacement est exceptionnel, c est un havre de paix loin de la densité du bord de mer.
Le restaurant avec sa belle terrasse, sa restauration matin, midi et soir dans un cadre verdoyant.
L accueil et le service, gentillesse, ecoute à tous les niveaux.
