Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, desafortunadamente nos toco el plantón del CNTE y no había acceso a la calle con transporte, pero si le quitan eso esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del zócalo, de los mercados y de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El personal nos ayudo con un diablito a transportar las maletas hasta el hotel.

Cons:

Ocupamos ocho habitaciones, a la hora del check out nos estaban pidiendo toallas que jamás estuvieron en las habitaciones, nuestro error fue no reportar que solo teníamos toallas de mano y no de cuerpo, en algunas habitaciones había toallas de mas y en otras no había, a la salida nos indicaron que faltaban toallas en dos habitaciones. Sugiero que si se hospedan aquí revisen al llegar cuantas toallas tienen y si no tienen lo reporten en recepción para evitarse malos ratos a la salida. El hotel esta en un edificio antiguo por lo que no tiene elevador, no es recomendable para quienes no tienen buena movilidad subiendo escaleras con maleta.

Incomoda, calurosa y con dolor de espanda por los colchones duros, cero recomendable este hotel

Cons:

Los colchones estan horribles, super duros, es como dormir en una cama de piedra, el cuarto es muy pequeño y no tiene ventilación, hace mucha calor. solo tiene un ventilador ruidoso, y la ventana da a un pasillo por lo cual no hay privacidad por que la cortina no cierra bien, tuvimos que dejar la puerta del closef abierta para que no se viera desde afuera, el control de la tele esta mal configurado y es muy dificil de usar, si vaz de vacaciones como fue mi caso, la incomodidad de la habitacion arruina toda la experiencia, cero recomendaria este hotel.

Pedi más papel a recepción y me dijeron que no había, que solamente está disponible lo que dejan cuando se hace la limpieza de los cuartos, así que tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio papel para el baño Estuvimos sin agua caliente un par de noches.
