Clean, modern hotel with issues....

Large and very clean room (inside).

Cons:

NO LUGGAGE CART! From luggage drop area to our room was about 300 feet or more! WE are traveling for two weeks and this was our first two night stay and we wanted to get everything organized so we had to haul everything to the room to sort and repack. Quite a chore (and four trips) to accomplish. With a luggage cart (like every other motel we stayed at had) it would have been one quick trip. Please invest in some customer service!

Patio is disgusting! Weeds growing everywhere, in and around the patio (6" to a foot tall). Patio furniture could not be used as it was dirty. Couldn't use anyway due to spiders and webs.

Spiders and spider webs all around windows and doors. Had to open window/door to cool room and spiders were all around, just not cleaned outside around the windows or doors at all.

Lighting in room could be improved, too dark.

Great place to relax after a long day.
Pros:

In comparison to others in Iceland, I think it was good value with great room, comfortable bed, nice food in restaurant (although 9pm is an early dinner close for many summer visitors), hot breakfast options, and quiet hot tubs. All staff super helpful with great attitude. We only booked 2 days in advance and may have got lucky with a better deal than otherwise.

Lovely place to stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with good variety. For us the beds were comfortable.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit tollen Hot Tubs
Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Hot Tubs haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber und schön gehalten. Wir fanden auch das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Wir haben auch im Hotel das Abendessen genossen und fanden es sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir fanden das Frühstück für diesen Preis sehr mager bzw. qualitativ nicht gut genug. Es war okay, aber nicht über 50 Franken wert. Das Bett ist etwas kurz für grosse Personen.
