Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Insgesamt alles gut. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Privater Parkplatz. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas klein. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aussenpool nicht so einladend.

Anna nevű recepciós nagyon kedves volt, a reggeli szuper volt, a szobánkban (deluxe 2 ágyas) volt klima ami működött, közel volt a tengerpart, tisztaság volt javarészt (kivéve a zuhanykabint, ami gombás volt), a medence is oké volt

Előre kérték hogy fizessek úgy, hogy azt írták bookingra hogy nem kell előre fizetni, amikor levontak egy előleg összegét (mindenféle előzetes jelzés nélkül) úgy voltam vele hogy oké, de aztán le akartam még vonni, amit már nem engedtem, így volt 2 sikertelen tranzakció. A helyszínen ki akarták egyből éjfélkor mikor megerkeztunk hulla fáradtan fizettetni a teljes vételárat mindezek ellenére, mivel hiába mutattam a bizonylatot, ok csak a 2 sikertelent lattak, az 1 sikeres tranzakciót nem! A személyzet szintén egyáltalán nem beszél angolul úgyhogy Google fordítóval kellett olaszra leforditani amit mondok, manapsag ez nem fér bele egy 4 csillagos helyen!! Mivel az esti portassal nem jutottunk dűlőre ezért a másnapi reggeli szemelyzettel próbáltuk rendezni a dolgot, amúgy 4 éjszakát és 5 napi adót még ott éjszaka megfizettem. Másnap reggel a supervisor hölgy közölte velem hogy vagy megfizetem azt az 1 napot amit ők nem látnak, vagy mehetek Isten hírével!! Ez elfogadhatatlannak tartom, pláne hogy bemutattam a bizonylatot a sikeres tranzakcióra, amit nem fogadtak el... A bankomnal is tettem panaszt, kiderült hogy nekik kellett volna az amúgy levett (tehát nem zárolt, levont!!) összeget jóváírniuk a számlájukon, és az ebből eredő figyelmetlenséget a szállóvendégre akarták terhelni, borzasztó kommunikáció mellett. Próbálták ugyan kompenzálni egy ingyen itallal a barbol +1 üveg pezsgővel (párom kerek születésnapjat akartuk volna ünnepelni) ez mégsem sikerült mivel a nyaralasombol 2 napot is erre kellett szánják idegeskedés mellett!! 4 csillagba ez a hozzallas nem fér bele!! Ráadásul a hotel le van pukkanva, idézi a retro 90'es és korai 2000res évek hangulatát, amivel nincs is baj, de ez nagy9n maximum egy 3 csillagos szintnek felel meg (jóindulattal). Ennyi pénzért sokkal nagyobb élményt vártam volna, csalódott vagyok és többet nem fogok ide jönni.

Pros:

Het personeel was heel aardig en geïnteresseerd. Er was echt contact. Heel fijn.

Het ontbijt was ook heel goed; veel vers fruit, verse groente en redelijk wat biologisch. Veel beter dan bij de meeste Italiaanse hotels waar we de afgelopen weken waren.

Cons:

Het zwembad lag direct aan de drukke straat.
