The foyer was lovely
The bathroom taps didn’t work and the club double room was tiny, the bathroom was very small and shower was not great as had to duck to fit under it, wouldn’t stay here again
هذه ليست إقامتي الأولى هنا ولن تكون الأخيرة، المكان في غاية الروعة المبنى أنيق جدا والموقع ممتاز أمام حدائق كينسنغتون وحواليه متاجر ومطاعم وكافيهات ومحطتين مترو، طاقم العمل ودود للغاية.
حجزت قبل رحلتي بثلاثة أشهر وعند وصولي تم إعطائي غرفة بتكييف حار والجو في شهر جولاي حار بالفعل، طلبت تغيير الغرفة فتم نقلي لغرفة في القبو! اعترضت بلا فائدة لكن مع إصراري على تغيير الغرفة اخبروني اليوم التالي انه سيتم نقلي لغرفة ليست في القبو بل في نفس دور الريسيبشن (الدور الأرضي) لكن الغرفة أيضا كانت في القبو لكن في مكان أعلى من السابقة (سأرفق صورة توضح انها غرفة في القبو والحائط أمام نافذتي)! لم أحب هذه الغرف أبدا وأرجو في المرة القادمة أن يتم منحي غرفة ترضيني.

Breakfast consisted of hot/cold buffet with a great range of choice It’s such a shame that the hot buffet wasn’t near anywhere hot and this was an issue the last time we stayed. We were there at 8am so not late

Our room had no air conditioning even though stated on our booking, given a fan which in the heat didn’t do anything, couldn’t open window as was painted shut.

The breakfast was excellent. Location to amenities excellent
The rooms were very tiny even advertised as Delux. The view was of a building site and very noisy. The toilet had been placed in a position you could not sit straight on.
Location is great, Aircon is really good

It was a very clean place. Good service and good facilities in the room such as the air conditioning in there in this hot weather.
The room was a bit too small for me.
