Great little Boutique hotel in great location. Staff super friendly. We stayed in room 7. Super spacious and kids stayed in room 4 which also had enough room. Would definately recommend this Hotel. Only shame was the coffee at breakfast they don't use the coffee machine to make fresh coffee it comes from a pot. Otherwise perfect hotel and you can make coffee in your room with pods.

The location was fantastic - a short walk to all the historic points in the city centre. The hotel is such a beautiful concept, the staff were really helpful and warm. All in all, the hotel is uniquely different in a very good way.
The breakfast felt like I was in a five star restaurant. Fantastic Chef!
The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly, every one. We loved the location. It was quiet and yet very close to all that the city center offers. The bed was comfortable, and the room was functional in well designed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The two bikes that you could borrow for a nice touch.
There are a few things that would have been better for us. The sink did not have a stopper, which is bad both for contact lenses and because we could not fill the sink with water to wash our face or small items of clothing. Also, it would be great if there were more towel, racks or towel hooks. We did not have any cleaning or fresh towels replaced during our stay which was three nights. This was our choice, but to make this easier, it would be good if there were more places to hang them. Even a couple of knobs near the shower would have been good. I mentioned these things to the front desk. The only other thing is that it would be good if the room came with a small set of instructions on how everything worked. We find as we travel in different countries that things work different ways and there were a couple of knobs that we still never figured out what they were for. Finally, it was really nice to have two bikes to borrow. But it would have been good if they had an Allen wrench or other tool to adjust the seat and handlebar a little better. They are cute bright orange cruisers and we had a fun day with them though.
Loved everything. The location was perfect. Walking distance to city center. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional and welcomed treat on our travels. The room was large, comfortable and accommodating. Had the pull out bed ready and made. Staff was helpful in giving walking directions, train directions and restaurant recommendations.
Liked everything
The breakfast options were good. The hotel is a little quirky, but with some nice touches. The room was spacious and staff were generally quite helpful. We had a couple of good recommendations from the staff about the local area. The location in Vienna is very good and easy to get to Schwedenplatz, which has great connections to various transport options.
On arrival the entrance to the hotel is a little unclear. I am not a fan of the shower and basin being in the bedroom and would prefer a separate bathroom space.
The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. I also loved the quiet and the location. It is a very good place to base yourself in Vienna.

Rhe location
The problem with the hotel is mainly the keh to the room. In most hotela. Yoh get 2 cards. So you can go out tk town while your spouse can stay in the hotel. The toilet door has no lock . The shower has no door and it has a curtain that is not enough.
The sink is in the room. And you get a phisical key only one. That needs to be in the room for the lighta and AC. This hotel is not meant for freinds , it is meant for coupels . The key thing is crucial i. Hotels. Today should make sure they follow the system . I expect for an hotdl with this rate to understand the current needs of his guests
