Comfortable room, tasty breakfasts in a great location!
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I arrived a few hours before check-in and before heading out again I was offered a coffee that I could drink in the lounge whilst I planned my new few hours.
The breakfast has a nice variety and was very tasty every day. Always great service.
Great central location

Cons:

Not much. The sink in the bedroom is very low which was irritating but I only mention it as I can’t think of anything that I really didn’t like!

המלון מקסים, אווירה צעירה וטובה, עיצוב רטרו וצעיר ביחד. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. החדר אמנם קטן אבל לגמרי מספק והחלוקה בתוכו מצויינת. הצוות מסביר פנים והמיקום משם הבוטיק מוששששלם. יש תמורה למחיר ! משוב אליו.

Cons:

אהבנו הכל , פשוט לא מדובר במלון פאר חמישה כוכבים למי שמחפש את זה.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Besuch in Wien
Pros:

Perfekte Lage für einen Sightseeing Besuch in Wien. Super Anbindung an die U-Bahn, den Flughafen, das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start the day in Krakow. The food was expertly prepared and fresh, with plenty of variety. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk everywhere, including to the main train station, the castle, and the Jewish quarter. When I visit Krakow again I will be staying here, 100%.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Dieses Konzept mit einer sehr großen Auswahl frisch zubereiteter Speisen in Kombination eines Buffets fand ich hervorragend!!

Superlage in der Innenstadt, sehr bequeme Betten, Kaffee/Teezubehör und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, ungewöhnliche Raumaufteilung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Klimaanlage laut und ineffektiv, Zimmer wirken eher dunkel, Beleuchtung könnte besser sein
Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut, aber mit Schwachstellen. Man kann sich fast nichts selbst holen, muss alles aus einer Karte bestellen. Auch die Getränke. Mein Kaffee war so dünn, ich konnte den Tassenboden sehen. Der Apfelsaft war der schlechteste, den ich im Leben je getrunken hatte. Eine völlig verwässerte gelbliche Lösung, einfach unglaublich. Mein angeblich weiches Ei war steinhart. Alle Produkte sind Bio, aber… schmecken sollten sie schon auch.
Warum so viel zum Thema Frühstück?
Weil es früher ein Traum war. Da hatte das Hotel gerade eröffnet und servierte jedem Gast liebevoll gestaltete Themenfrühstücke.
Wir schwärmten nach Jahren noch davon und wollten deshalb wieder hin.
Fazit: ein drittes Mal kommen wir nicht.

Nur die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Wir haben in all den Jahren bei Buchungen von booking.com noch nie so ein schlechtes Hotel mit völlig überfordertem und arrogantem Personal gebucht. Beim Frühstück musste man um jede Scheibe Wurst oder Käse betteln. Völlig indiskutabel, Nie wieder Buxbaum.
