The.bteakfast is made to order and the quality of the food and level of service was excellent.

Sehr guter Ansatz - bin gespannt, was noch wird.
Pros:

Mitten in der Stadt, bequemes Bett, sehr feines und vielfältiges Frühstück, überaus leckerer Kaffee (was leider gar nicht selbstverständlich ist trotz überall angepriesener spezieller Röstungen)

Cons:

Schade, dass es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab, einen Frühstückskaffee draußen zu nehmen. Im „Garten“ wird nämlich ein Jacuzzi aufgebaut, und der Schanigarten wird erst eingeschränkt bespielt.

Gutes Boutiquehotel im Herzen Wiens.
Pros:

Lage unweit vom Stephansdom, gute ÖPNV Anbindung, Supermarkt, Bars & Restaurants gleich in der Nähe, freundliches Personal, Service top, Frühstück sensationell

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten (wurden zeitnah vom Personal behoben).

Een zeer goed verblijf gehad in mooie design kamer met super ontbijt !
Pros:

Zeer mooi design hotel met mooie kamer, en super ontbijt a la carte valt niks op aan te merken.
Ook ware er gratis lockers voor je bagage na het uitchecken wat zeer gemakkelijk is. Ook mooie ruimtes buiten de kamers voor koffie , lezen, spelletjes en zelfs cinema.

Cons:

Het geluid in de kamer s'morgens begon het al met de lift (Die daar blijkbaar is bijgebouwd naast de kamer) om 06h00 die me wakker maakte.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal!

Cons:

Dass beim Check-In EUR 200.- als Kaution auf die Kreditkarte belastet wird! Für uns war das Hotel kein Boutique-Hotel. Nicht jedes kleine Hotel ist automatisch ein Boutique-Hotel. Stil ist Geschmackssache, ist mir klar, aber aus unserer Sicht ist dieses Hotel nicht stilvoll eingerichtet. Nach dem Frühstück rochen die Kleider nach Essen, was ich auch nicht toll fand.

BAD. Price is not justified for quality.

Cons:

Room does not match the picture and the description did not point out the difference. The rooms are old and not maintained properly. Safe is broken, bed mattress is old. They added a mattress topper which is also overused. There is only one bedside table. Curtain is stained. Curtain is not a proper blackout one. It still lets light in. The bath had no handheld shower. It’s either the overhead rain-shower head that spills all over outside the bath or the bath itself has to be filled and you have to dip. The bath is also placed on a narrow elevated platform which is hard to step on to when getting out from the bath. The floor of the platform aged and now moving. Quite a fun experiment when you step out on a marrow platform that is wet and moving under your feet. There is a desk which has a desk light. However they mounted a light that is designed to be a lamp over a bathroom mirror. When you sit at the desk it’s like an interrogation light into your face. On the flip side the actual mirror has a very dim integrated LED and an overhead spotlight right above the head (which is the least useful as it is dropping all shadows from the top).

This is a decent sleep for a great location at €150 or so! The kitchen staff is very friendly.The reception was not staffed during the day multiple times. Upon out arrival we had to wait in front as nobody responded the doorbell. After 10 minutes when a guest exited we sneaked in. And reception was empty. Had to wait at 2 PM (which is kind of bag drop/checkin hours normally in hotels). Same happened to others. Once I was sitting on my laptop in the lobby and mad guests started to tell me to help them. They thought that I was working there and making them wait. Then eventually some worker showed up.

The TV is one from the early 2000s’. Quite funny for a €300/night hotel. Rather have no TV. There was also a radio which was visibly broken. No surprise. It was placed in the window bay behind the curtain.

L’originalité et l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer est le système de ventilation dans la salle du petit déjeuner.
Le système actuel fait que les vêtement sentent très fortement la nourriture après, mais cela ne diminue en rien la qualité du petit déjeuner servi.
