Sehr freundliches, dynamisches Personal in einem modernen, zeitgemässen Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstückskonzept ist gut durchdacht und alles frisch und ausreichend.

Centrally located with great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the location is central. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. For a short stay it was okay but for a longer stay, it might be not as comfortable due to the layout and placement of the room since it was close to the central breakfast area, so noises could be heard in the mornings. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Fiyatına göre beklentileri karşılamıyor
Pros:

Kahvaltısı güzel ama açık büfe olmadığı içim tek tek seçmek zorunda kaldık. Menüdeki seçenekleri anlamakta zorlandık. Menü daha anlaşılır oluşturulabilirdi.

Cons:

EUR 200 daha garanti amaçlı kartımızdan provizyon aldılar. Bedava bidiklet deniyor, kullanmak istediğimizde EUR 700 daha kartınızdan provizyon oluşturmamız gerekiyor dendi. Açıkçası bunları geri alamayız diye korktuk. Yatak da içine çöküktü, pencereler açıldı ama kapatmakta zorlandık, parkeler bastıkça gıcırdıyordu.
Ayrıca otel gibi değil, daha çok paylaşımlı ev gibi bir yer ama odada banyo tuvalet vardı en azından. Belli bir saatten sonra resepsiyon yok. Otelin olanakları tam anlatılmadı, örneğin kahvaltı sonrası da bir ikramları varmış ama bilmediğimiz için bundan yararlanamadık. İşin açıkçası bu fiyata Raddison’da da kalınabiliyordu ve dolayısıyla o ayarda bir otel beklediğim için benim için hayal kırıklığı oldu.

La posizione è comoda per girare a piedi il centro di Vienna, in generale mi è piaciuta la stanza, le dimensioni, la privacy e l'arredamento, mi è piaciuta la cortesia e la preparazione del personale.

Cons:

Nelle zone comuni si sentiva odore di cucina: migliorerei il sistema di ventilazione delle cucine. Non mi è piaciuto il deposito cauzionale di 200€ per il minibar richiesto senza preavviso.

Great place to stay but I would request a different room.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room layout was not good. The bath was out in the open room and very difficult (dangerous) to get into due to a narrow ledge. The sink was also out in the open room away from the WC... strange.

Super verblijf op toplocatie
Pros:

Zeer lekker ontbijt gedeeltelijk in buffet en veel te bestellen wat daarna aan tafel opgediend werd.
Zeer behulpzaam personeel voor wie niets te veel was.
Het hotel was zeer goed gelegen, dichtbij winkels en dichtbij bezienswaardigheden.

Er was niets wat tegengevallen was.
