Adequate hotel facilities food and room quality but overpriced
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious. Food and drink was of reasonable selection.

Cons:

Food and drink was overpriced as was the accomodation although this maybe typical for cardiff. Charging £10 per day for car parking is a rip off

Pretty good and enjoyable
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the room good but limited TV. Bar was good but again with minimal beers available. A little to far from the city itself. Otherwise a great stay.

A beautiful welcoming hotel friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely spacoise rooms. Very comfy clean beds.

The lift made me jump every time leaving the ground floor when it drops before going up

Great room!
Pros:

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a life saver in the hot weather.

Cons:

The lift! It definitely needs some looking into to, we were on the 3rd floor and having issues with stairs, I had not much option but I did not feel that the lift was safe for use.

Not impressed at all
Cons:

The price of the room - only difference between ours @ over £300 & our friends was a fridge! Just a fridge warrant the price difference!
Reception - not helpful at all - charged for parking nice surprise - not! Just rudely passed a machine & told to book a taxi when we asked for a taxi number - not good customer service for the price paid!
Breakfast - another surprise - thought the room we'd booked incl breakfast another charge of £20 on top of £300 + paid already.
Would we stay again - BIG FAT NO!

Not much

Cons:

The restaurant food is poor, had fish and chips. The fish was half size of normal, and mainly batter, it came with bland oven chips. I complained twice, but was ignored, and still charged full price. The air conditioning didn't work, reported it but they did nothing. It's close to a very noisy motorway, and the carpets, and car park are scruffy. You only got one pillow. This is never a four star hotel, it's used a lot by White van man contractors. Avoid if you can ☹️
