The location is great, the food was lovely.
The bath wasnt clean with hairs in the bath plug hole, not nice.
Breakfast was very good
Soleless environment, room was ok but on a remote corridor with a prison like view.
Being asked to pay £10.00 per day for parking when there is no alternative
Breakfast was awesome.... room size was alright... plenty of parking space.
temperature control was not working, we had to open the window which caused lot of traffic noise..
The room and shower very good
The resturant the staff rushed us out food poorley cooked turned lights off when we were eating. Breakfast was poor eggs had rubberised as left under heat lamp to long
In room 2 tea bags si coul only have 1 cup each. Purchased own tea bags and milk from Asda.
1 pillow each had to ask 3 times for more pillows. Waitress had to go back to bar every time we asked for a drink to see if the hotel stocked it. Not what you expect from a chain of hotels
Just received a £100 fine in the post for parking at the hotel.
Free car parking
Good variety at breakfast
Comfy bed
Good size room
Slightly noisy rooms
Breakfast slow to be topped up specifocally the coffee machine
Need more lights in the room - on the ceiling
Rooms clean bed comfy
Very welcoming staff and well appointed rooms.
Paying for overnight parking. This should be free for guests.
Nothing - isn’t as described in the reviews
When I walked in it smelt horrible. The atmosphere was lifeless and there was a lot of workmen in their hi-vis uniform hanging about. The carpets along the corridors stank and were stained. Quite a few plates left outside guests doors. I changed rooms twice as both smelt awful. The 2nd rooms window was misted up so you couldn’t see out.
The breakfast was just about adequate but expensive & some of the offerings (eg: mushrooms) were poor quality
I paid for an "upgraded" room which turned out to be what I would describe as shabby, especially the stained carpets & noisy air-con. The view was described as "gareden" or "city" - we had an expanse of grass & views of the service area roof!
Lovely, spacious room. Clean and comfortable.
No milk provided in room meaning I had to travel to the restaurant to get milk for morning drinks.
I overheard staff moaning at each other during reception which wasn’t very welcoming.
Restaurant not great for kids. Kids menu didn’t have great selection and was on the pricier side.
You have to pay for the car park which is a hidden fee!
