Loved our stay as it is so close to Hemer Hall , shopping and the river
Pros:

We were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous and were able to book in early thanks to wonderful reception staff. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and staff couldn't do enough to please and always with a smile

Cons:

Perhaps a small bin in the bedroom, an exhaust fan in the bathroom but nothing more

It was average, for the price I paid, I wouldn’t go there again. It lacked character.
Pros:

The location was the best and the view from the hotel was amazing. The gentleman at the front counter was lovely.

Cons:

For the price I paid I was expecting a super flashy room but it was just your average hotel room. The TVs didn’t even have Netflix so I was stuck watching TV and ads. The room was clean but needed maintenance, it had holes in the wall etc. The elevator only worked half the time. The garage downstairs was a nightmare and you shouldn’t have to pay.

Great value for money, huge rooms and great facilities
Pros:

Huge one bedroom apartment with balcony. Great value for money and good cosy vibe. Staff were all excellent and all extremely friendly and helpful. Also came with a simple breakfast included which was a nice touch

Cons:

Nothing to not to like, it was an older property so it’s not brand new but apart from that highly recommend

Great location. Great space. Kitchen and living room well set up and bedroom and bathroom both a good size. Nice balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The parking was difficult to find and google messed up and took us to the wrong parking. Talk to staff first to clarify. They got us sorted. Would have preferred a higher floor for a better city view.
