All but the shower experience, the stay was excellent
Pros:

Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. I especially liked the early morning breakfast!

Cons:

I took a cold shower in the morning d/t a broken part that wasn't allowing the water to heat. It was an unforeseen problem, that once aware, the staff was able to easily fix

Location, and had stayed last year

Cons:

EVERY the TV was powered on, had to get the staff to come to the room, reset…staff did what needed to be done, but were understaffed…gave explanation that TVs were new…
Every time A/C started up, sounded like bearings going out…reported problems, but got the feeling they had been previously reported, but not addressed…

There's no fridge or iron in the room. The wifi is horrible to use on a computer. Breakfast and coffee is not great.

Great mini-hotel! Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The room was tidy, clean, and well kept.

Cons:

The only issue I had, was the bath tub drainage plug wasnt working so it kept draining water, but not natural big deal.

Decent for the price, but could be cleaner.

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom had obvious mold in the shower. Evening staff was difficult to locate, and made several check in errors. A major error - mixed up bookings of people with the same last name.
