Will never get returned
Pros:

Location was good. That’s where it ends

Cons:

worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time room service was appalling. Cleaners left the room with rubbish still on the table showerhead got everywhere elsewhere wet except the body.

Perfect stay, will definitely visit again
Pros:

Excellent facilities, staff in particular a lady called Vivi was amazing. Breakfast was great, lovely staff and excellent selection.

Cons:

Was not aware of the “cocktail ceremony” until the following day.

Exceptionnel établissement qui mérite amplement sa réputation de grande qualité
Pros:

Très bel établissement dans la gamme des Anantara qui sont une vrai valeur sûr.
Atrium lobby superbe
Literie ultra confortable et salle de bain complète
Petit déjeuner buffet + carte de plat chaud excellent et dans la salle basse du New York café

Cons:

manque de présence de la gouvernante pour améliorer les petits manquements du personnel de chambre (notamment le ré-assort des nécessaires de beauté dans la salle de bains)

Потрясающий сервис! Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал. Косметические наборы в ванной выше всяких похвпл. Завтраки в кафе Нью Йорк незабываемы. Внутренние интерьеры отеля очень красивы как и внешний вид.
