Het is een mooie locatie zoals Sissi.

Cons:

Het eerste ontbijt was chaotisch. Eerst 20 minuten wachten op je eerste koffie, nog eens een half uur voor een lauw roerei zondet brood. Wanneer het brood er was, was het ei op.
De andere dagen zijn wij beneden perfect bedient door Kristof. Die vroegen wij dan ook alle dagen, die man weet wat hij moet doen.
Woensdag om 9.30u roomservice, terwijl wij nog in bed lagen.
Donderdag waren wij van 10u tot 18u weg. Rond 19u, roomservice.
Mijn man rookt en moet dan zoals een hond buiten staan, terwijl er binnenpleinen van het hotel leegstaan. Hier kan je toch een tafel zetten voor de rokers?
De laatste avond hebben we boven in het restaurant gegeten. Ipv een vaste butler, kregen we 3 verschillende. Geen enkele zag dat ons wijnglas leeg was, terwijl ze wel komen vragen of alles inorde was. Als je er iets over zegt, ....ach een ander glas wijn? Terwijl ons fles daar staat?
Niet vergeten dat wij 400€ per nacht betalen....
Ik heb al veel betere service gahad voor een mildere prijs.
Laatste dag had ik ontbijt gevraagd om 7u, en een taxi om 7.30u. Ik kreeg een kartonnen bekertje met koffie en een papieren zak met ontbijt????? Terwijl het ontbijtbuffet om 7u opent????. Ok, ik was een kwartier te vroeg, maar communiceer dit dan correct???

A quality hotel with a venerable history
Pros:

Location is good. Breakfast is excellent with attentive service. Room in the original wing was of superior quality. Overall, staff goes out of their way to please their guests.

Cons:

Rough start when I got a room in the new wing that does not even closely match the original wing quality and ambiance. But once I complained, the hotel took immediate action to rectify the situation.

Magnifique, tout était parfait, la chambre, le restaurant où on prend le petit déjeuner l’accueil, le spa. L’emplacement est à environ 25 minutes de marche pour voir la ville.

Jag uppgraderade på förslag från hotellet till en minisvit med terrace. Men de extra pengarna på terrassen var den inte värd. Dela regnade det mest. Men dessutom så var utsikten mot baksidan inte mycket att ha och satt du med på de få möbler som fanns så såg du inget, ej värt det
