Pros:

Отличные номера, уборка 2 раза в день. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. Прекрасное расположение в центре. В жару спасались в бассейне.

Staff are friendly and respectful. The room was big and spacious and beautiful furniture. The facilities,the breakfast are beautiful. The spa faciloty beautiful and staff there very nice

Cons:

The surfaces had dust and not wiped. We ordered room service and we were sitting with that table in the room until we called room service by 1pm and that when we got service and the sheets were also change but from morning till no one was coming feom room for room service.1pm that was so unacceptable. The next day turn down service did not remove dirty dishes. The dust under the cupboard that hold the firdge is terrible needs to be dusted at least once a month. My nose was blocked due tot dust which was blown all over by the ircorn as it was hot. Eventually i had to stay without air con to manage the dust..

Muito desagradável o serviço de limpeza de quartos! A não repetir!
Pros:

Gostei do edifício histórico e do café New York. Também gostei do ginásio. O quarto era grande e tinha varanda.

Cons:

O serviço de House Keeping é muito mau. A limpeza diária não ocorreu regularmente e quando ocorreu não funcionava de acordo com os padrões de um hotel de 5*. Vidros na varanda, chávenas e copos sujos não trocados, serviço de room service não recolhido, papéis no canto da casa de banho desde o meu dia de chegada até à partida, entre outros aspetos. A localização do hotel também não é boa, ficando a mais de 15min de qualquer atração da cidade.

Beautiful palace hotel
Pros:

The New York cafe where we had breakfast was spectacular. The hotel foyer and lounge was beautiful. Have never stayed in a more beautiful hotel.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and it was 35 degrees. They sent someone to try and fix it but then moved us.

Beautiful Hotel - But Not Five Star Service
Pros:

The hotel is stunning. The New York Cafe really is beautiful - epitomizing the Belle Epoque era. We loved our rooms - we were upgraded to a junior suite and we paid the upcharge to upgrade my parents' room too. Theirs was impressive - with a grand bathroom that my mother especially appreciated. However, street noise was very noticeable even late into the night.

The location isn't as nice as I would have preferred but not bad. It wasn't as central and the surrounding area was less upscale than expected.

Marton at the front desk, and the chef Zoli at the egg station, were excellent - friendly, warm, and very helpful. I think the housekeeping staff was friendly too and did a good job.

They were the exceptions, however. I didn't find most of the staff to be very welcoming, accommodating, or genuinely warm. The front desk at the initial check-in did not make me feel that welcome, the porters (except for one) in general barely greet you, and the New York cafe breakfast staff is not that attentive. In one case, one of the assistant servers was surly when she gave us the wrong order and had to go back to get the correct one. We have stayed at several five-star hotels this year, and the service was impeccable at all except for this one.

Great stay and impressive rooms
Pros:

We spent 2 weeks in the region and stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although the room we had was subjected to the tram. Staff was attentive and it's a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel buffet. No complaints about our stay

Breakfast at the Anatarra New York palace
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Fantastic choice of breakfast in such an amazing place. Marcell was our waiter and he was excellent and extremely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

A magical experience
Pros:

We could not rate this hotel higher although we’d love to! From the moment we stepped into the exquisite foyer we were overwhelmed. To say the decor is gorgeous is an understatement. Beautiful public areas and superbly appointed rooms make this an experience we’ll never forget. Yes the tariff is high end but it’s worth it to spoil yourself in what we consider Europe’s loveliest city.
What sets this hotel apart from other fine establishments is the staff. They are trained to be charming deferential and efficient and nothing is a bother. We’d particularly like to commend Daniel in the bar whose skill and manner are world class, Andrew who delivered late night room service and Zsolte in the breakfast room however all staff were outstanding and you have made our trip to Hungary the highlight of our 6 weeks Europe trip.
