Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, confortável, boa localização e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Como vários na Islândia, não tem porta no chuveiro e vaza um pouco de água pro banheiro. Seria bom ter um frigobar, pois há espaço pra isso no quarto.

Centrally-located, reasonably priced base for activities in Reykjavik!
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a *wonderful* deep bathtub where one could take advantage of Reykjavik's geothermally-heated water for a soak! The location is right at the bottom if the high street and all of the major downtown sights are an easy walk away. The staff was able to secure me the room for an extra night when my flight home was cancelled due to weather, and even provided a free upgrade!

Cons:

The check-in staff was a bit slow/overwhelmed when I arrived, but very professional. I do wish I'd been informed about the location of facilities (such as the breakfast room downstairs) at check-in as I did not learn about these until the morning of my departure.

A good hotel and location
Pros:

Warm welcome, a nice room, everywhere was spotlessly clean, excellent meal in the restaurant, very good breakfast and lovely service.

Great staff who could not do enough to help
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing sound advice on the best sites to see nearby. The restaurant was great and we had the best hamburgers we have ever had; and that is a big call!!
