Cons:

Very unsafe area. and property! After checking in, multiple police vehicles arrived to address an irate individual in the parking lot.

The "security" individual walking the outer area kept looking in my window and sitting on the ledge. I had to keep the blinds closed the entire time. Five minutes after checking in he knocked on my door and asked me if I was banging on the wall and other doors of people staying there?" REALLY?

The advertised "snack bar" area consisted of just two soda vending machines which were outside the office. Not even coffee was available.

There were two bugs in the bed!!!! Not acceptable at all, even for an overnight stay!!!! The room and experienced weren't even worth half of what I paid and I should be offered a refund. Checkout time was at 11:00am the next day, but I left at 8:00am. I couldn't wait to leave.

Run down, unclean, and sketchy.
Pros:

It was small enough that lugging around my multiple suitcases, even to the back, wasn’t a huge chore.

Cons:

The sheets were stained, the tub was stained, the hot water faucet did not work, and with the state of the room and the property I couldn’t stop worrying about bed bugs. I also didn’t love the look of the place in terms of security and rushed to and from the vending machines when I needed a water. I didn’t sleep too well.

Stop bothering people who are bringing you real money get rid of garbage

Lot of noise and shady looking people if I didn't know any better I was where I was down in the Bronx

Cons:

People look at you like your affiliated with the low lives in their spot so if you dress a certain way you're automatically looked at as a part of the problem they ought to look a little better than not finding nothing you that or they're pretending not to

Sometimes the AC unit did not work properly and one of the rooms, the AC leaks and the water temperature you can’t really control it. It’s either it’s too hot or too cold.

location and car service is too good .
Pros:

house keeping service is very poor , several time request but no service for cleaning and even front desk service and responce is ver very poor . and wifi service is poor . and even poor of check out non responsive .i.e. no check out system .
