Les lits sont très confortables, très bonne localisation dans Québec. Le personnel est très serviable. Le service de blanchisserie a été apprécié.

Nice place to stay near port in Quebec City.
Pros:

This hotel was close to the port but not walking distance. Take a taxi. It’s too far to walk with luggage. There are good restaurants down the street and the restaurant next door is good. We enjoyed sitting and visiting in the lounge. Comfy sofas and chairs. They have a bar as well. Good mattress and pillows. There is a convenience store behind the hotel if you want snacks, or drinks.

Cons:

It advertised that it had guest laundry. I would not recommend using it. It’s one stacked unit in a tiny closet like room. We were two couples traveling for over a week before a cruise and luckily did laundry at a hotel in Montreal before getting to Quebec City.

Great place for quick visit
Pros:

Modern hotel, very contemporary yet fits comfortably into the history of the city. All areas very accessible from the hotel, with efficient and effective staff - enjoyed it.

Great to wander around the historic areas from hotel, despite the weather, very quiet at night. Some disturbance from walking around in room above.

Mattress a little too soft for our liking, maybe suffering with age! Room size good with lovely shower.

Decent parking provided with space just over the road from the hotel, seemed very safe.

Didn’t use breakfast.

Pros:

La proximité de l'hôtel pour se rendre au vieux Québec.
Le p'tit déjeuner copieux chez Louise.
Le personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Donc pour le nettoyage de notre chambre pas effectué à 14h .On a dû réclamer 2 fois pour enfin a 16h avoir la chambre nettoyé .
Pas de boissons mis à disposition dans le réfrigérateur pour le tarif je pense que ça devrait être compris.

Cons:

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but there could be more options on their menu. The hotel corridors were slightly smelly (not bad - just weird), but the room was fine.
The windows could have a better blackout curtains.
