Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut ganz nahe an der Altstadt, so dass man sie in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnte. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Probleme (in meinem Fall mit dem TV) wurden umgehend behoben.
Die Fenster im Zimmer waren dicht genug, so dass man Geräusche der Straße und der nahe liegenden Tankstelle praktisch nicht hörte. Klimaanlage ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Mein Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett sehr bequem. Auch die Dusche bot mehr als genug PLatz. In den Zimmern gibt es eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, so dass man selbst eine kleine Mahlzeit bereiten oder auch Lebnsamittel aufbewahren kann.
Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht zu beanstanden.

Cons:

In der Küchenzeile fehlte zunächst ein Handtuch (dies wurde aber nachgeholt). Falls man selber Mahlzeiten zubereiten will, wäre es gut, wenn ein Spülschwamm vorhanden wäre.
Im Bad, bzw. für die Toilette, wäre eine Bürste hilfreich gewesen
Das angeschlossene Restaurant, das allerdings nicht zum Hotel gehört, fanden wir in Ordnung, aber nicht so exzellent wie das Hotel selbst.

Pros:

The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked without issues, and the staff was really helpful. My flight back was in the evening and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel to enjoy the city for a few extra hours.
Amazing breakfast!

Cons:

Just some little hiccups, as the room lock was glitching, or the cleaning personnel rearranged my personal cosmetics

Good at what it offers
Pros:

Spacious, well designed room in centre Quebec, just minutes walk from everything that brings tourists to Quebec. Whatever the hotel offers, is well arranged.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a lot of facilities. It is close by, but not IN the tourist centre. That’s a given, not a complaint. But given those properties, the price we paid is too high.

It was in the center of old Quebec and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The staff were wonderful!
