The water when I took my shower kept going from hot to cold. This may have been because of the laundry being closed by.

The room was poorly lit and you could barely see anything at the closet-end of the room. Turning on the bathroom light helped but the fan, which was on the same switch, was so noisy it was very annoying.

It wasn't an issue for us but there isn't an elevator.
Internet perhaps a bit weak. It required re signing in more than daily..... sometimes hourly.
The room was probably too small to be a double Queen. There was a small table and 2 chairs in the room but there really wasn't enough room to sit at it.
Kyle was wonderful at the Front desk. The manager came as well, I forgot to ask her name. They were able to switch my room to a ground level which I am so grateful for. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The AC is loud, but that noise does not bother me. It would have been uncomfortable without it. Breakfast was good.
The tub is very small and would fit a child and does not fit a tall, voluptuous adult very well. I did make it work as best I could.

the bathrooms need to be updated, they are small and old to say. The breakfast area is average at best( nothing to do with the workers), would be nice to have a hot food selection.
The hotel is nothing fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay for a night. Also, the morning staff was very friendly and welcoming. She was handling both the front desk and breakfast area on her own, yet still managed to smile and provide excellent service. Truly appreciated her hard work and positive attitude! We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.
