Front desk guy was polite and willing to try to fix our issues that occurred during our stay.

Cons:

Initially when we arrived they put us in a dirty room then we got moved to a clean room. But our clean room had a huge crack in the window, the toilet took 3 minutes to flush fully each time, and we never had hot water in our shower. Additionally, there was a frequent loud banging that seemed to shake our room while we were in it.

Decent hotel for the price. Clean.

Decent price, location and was clean

Cons:

There was no breakfast in the morning and there was no bottled water available, not even in the vending machine. If I had known there was no breakfast available, I probably would have stayed somewhere else

It was convenient for our trip
Pros:

Room was very clean but the sink leaked and the tub filled with water while showering. I realize there was to be renovation going on

Cons:

I know renovations were going on but I do like a few chairs to sit in that are not in our room. Empty lobby and not a bench outside

Pros:

The hotel was near to Grace Christian University and to the graduation venue. Beds very comfortable. Room was comfortable can't wait to see the room upgraded. Hotel very well lit on the outside very pretty on the inside lobby.

Cons:

The area where the Hotel is situated not much to see. Didn't know the Hotel was under renovation. . I paid $50 extra for arriving early. But understand that this renovation will cost alot $$.

Not a dam thing

Cons:

False advertisement.
Says they have pool and they don't as well they said there breakfast that's a lie to.
Faucet broken. No ice mechanic and place smell out side looks nice but don't let that fool u .all they did was change the name I rate them (negative five star).
I also ask for a discount don't false advertise they said no. I ask why it says breakfast and pool and there's not. He couldn't speak English woow never again.

Not having to drive home after a concert

Cons:

The hotel smelled like curry all through the halls. The security room was not secure(!!!) The door was open and the door knob was falling off. In our room, the curtains were ripped, the bedding had a hole in it, face up seen it as soon as you walked in and seen the bed. The dresser was dirty and missing a handle.

Cons:

There wasn't a pool. There wasn't morning breakfast as reported in booking com. That was partially the reason I chose that hotel.
