The bed was not comfortable at all and ther pillows were just as bad

The staff was rude, when we checked in we waited a half hour beacuse no one would come to the front desk.

Under construction, no pool or breakfast, had issues with lighting in rooms.

The booking didnt inform us of renovations being done on the facility otherwise probably wouldn't have booked here also the mattress was less comfortable than sleeping on the floor which is what me and my wife had to do because of the springs in our backs the facility claimed to be smoke free but our room reeked of cigarettes and the TV was busted thankfully we didnt really have much use for the amenities( that were in poor condition anyways) due to the fact we were more focused on attending a concert in town and that was where we spent most of our time but for the little time we were there my wife and I were not impressed hopefully they get their renovations done and the rooms cleaned up because right now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

1st there wasent anything to snack on in any of the vending machines except for 1 & it didn’t take debit/credit cards & it wouldn’t take any cash or change. 2nd when we came back from concert there were ants all over our box of pizza so we got switched to the 4th floor & the whole floor smelt like sewer. I do not recommend this hotel!

That I couldn’t get a room at 4am and had my daughter sleep in the car and I can’t get a refund on a room I never got to use

We got an email a couple weeks ago that there would be construction at the establishment. They did not tell us that the pool and continental breakfast would be closed, which are 2 of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel. We found this out when we checked in. The whole building was hot and smelled like marijuana. When we got to our room, it was 90 degrees in there. Also, there was no light bulb in the entryway to our room. The smoke detector was missing from the wall. The carbon monoxide detector was high up (should be at eye level when sleeping). One of the pillowcases was dirty. The shower curtain was barely long enough to reach the tub therefore soaking the floor when the shower was running. There was a hole in the wall where the door hinge would hit the wall when opened (there before we got there). Overall, not happy with this hotel at all. The only thing the guy at the desk could do when we checked out was give us $15 off. I have emailed the manager, too.

No pool, or breakfast. I booked at best western and stayed at grand select. Everything was under renovation. So I didn't get what I paid for.

Apparently for over 7 months the facilities were all closed, no breakfast, no pool, and it took 3 hours to be able to watch TV. (2 TV's and 2 routers later). Plus someone left their old milk in our fridge. And we had to connect our own phone line that was in the room to be able to call the front desk. And it takes 10 minutes to get hot water for your shower.

In the lobby bathroom there was no toilet paper and paper towels on the floor with feces. The fire alarm in the room was removed. The toilet dirty. Headboard and dressers scratched. Room smelled. Could smell cigarette and marijuana in the halls. For $400 a night it was horrible!

We ended up not even staying after check in. It smelled of sewage and smoke. Was informed of fire damage upon arrival. There was no pool or breakfast as advertised. I did not feel safe staying there. It was completely false advertising. This whole thing put a damper on our trip and we ended up switching to a different hotel. Customer service has been terrible and has not responded to me or booking.com to help rectify this for me and my family.

The front desk was rude and the area was hood like.

Didn't have drywall and all the hallways is missing? There's no carpet, they price gouged to $400 a night for a typical $100. A night hotel room, the staff there's a bunch of miserable people

Construction inside, was not told pool would be down, stairs smelled of Marijuana. No Coffee machine available. Toilet made weird sounds for 3min after flushing.side door did not latch properly. So you did not need a key card.
