Very helpful staff!
Pros:

Hi, I would like to say some words about the staff. I travel a lot, but I must say that such open, gentle and helpful guys like Rasan and especially Komninos you can meet really rarely. They found for us enough time and helped effectively with our problem. I can recommend them to everybody!

Either bad or good, not much in-between.
Pros:

The location is great and the staff were all very nice.

Cons:

It advertised air conditioning and the staff turned it down for me but it was never cool. It was much cooler in the hall. It made for a few miserable nights. I am not usually too fussy about towels but their towels were, hands down, the worst I've ever seen.

Estancia en Londres
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente pensando en que la estación padington la tenias al lado, no me gusta mucho los alrededores al estar cerca de una estación de tren pero la calle donde esta ubicado el hotel esta bien.

Cons:

La verdad que en esta visita me reafirmo que para la próxima ocasión quiero hotel que no tenga alfombras, es un poco díficil porque en Inglaterra es la costumbre. La alfombra aparentemente estaba limpia pero cuando nos íbamos al lado de la mesa de noche unos manchones feos. El baño estaba limpio y correcto.

Really comfortable stay
Pros:

Lovely big tv with Netflix and YouTube. Brilliant. Only thing I kept getting text messages all the time asking what time am I leaving. !! Not very nice really
