Que se suponía que el check in era a las 3pm y nos entregaron el cuarto pasadas las 4pm lo que nos atraso nuestro itinerario
Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff.
They need to pay more attention to detail. No towel holders or shelves to place own stuff in bathroom. No drawers anywhere. A/C can't be controlled, you need to call staff to come with a ladder and adjust it manually- ludicrous! Especially when in my last stay I gave the manager a low-cost solution, it was three months ago, I'm surprised they didn't fix it.

The hotel is great. Great location. The staff was great and rooms were clean, The beds were super confortable. Great price and it included breakfast which was a plus!
The only down grade was that there is NO POOL...
One of the reason I chose it was to have a pool. But its been close since covid. They should let people know and not have pool in their page.
