The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very cozy and centrally located. Excellent staff.
Pros:

The breakfast, location, and cleanliness were very good, but above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Since the bedroom curtains are separte, they leave a gap that allows the dawn light to filter in.

Excelente trato personal; desayuno incluido; còmodas habitaciones.
Pros:

El desayuno satisface, aunq no hay gran variedad. Pero en realidad ES un atractivo del hotel, tener este servicio. Gracias.

Cons:

Deben ofrecer opción de fruta y yogurt. En algùn día antes de las 9 ya se habìa terminado la oferta de tortillas, aunq entiendo q después pusieron màs.

El racismo solapado de algunas personas en Puerto Rico en pleno siglo XXI
Pros:

La empleada que me recibió e hizo el check in fue muy amable y diligente. Le expliqué que venía conduciendo desde San Juan y me habían dado de alta de un hospital.

Cons:

El día de mi check out una dama de housekeeping y el clerk de front desk Denis Rivera a las 11:05 golpearon mi puerta como si la quisieran derribar. Cuando abrí la puerta le expliqué que estaba bajo los efectos de anestesia y por eso se me hacía difícil moverme. Este sr. Denis Rivera y la dama fueron malcriados, agresivos y ni siquiera me ofrecieron ayuda para sacar mis cosas hasta mi vehículo. Lo tuve que hacer solo. Para colmo el Hotel tiene su parking bajo trabajos de construcción. Yo soy Ingeniero Mecánico, egresado del UPR de Mayagüez y pude varías deficiencias en dicha construcción las cuales les van a ocasionar serios problemas más adelante. El Hotel es un hotel bueno pero personal como está Dama de housekeeping y el Sr. Denis Rivera han logrado que el hotel " looses my business and any good references to My business associates"
