Great location in a beautiful garden with friendly attentive staff.
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and with plenty of parking the location is great before an early flight.

Cons:

Once the breakfast ran out of most food despite being a hour before finishing. Even on asking it was very slow to get anything replenished.

Unique experience worth doing.
Pros:

The botanical gardens and thermal pools access in the evenings and mornings are what made this place special.

Cons:

More often than not we weren’t able to find parking in the main lot. Then had to use desk staff to park nearby across the street.

Lovely stay
Pros:

This was my third visit to the hotel, and my second time staying 3 nights. I highly recommend a stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the vibe is peaceful, upscale, and yet not stuffy, and the staff is extremely professional. It feels like a special place because it is. The staff at The Gardener Restaurant are also very professional. Breakfast is excellent. I arranged several taxi rides ahead of time through the concierge and the taxis arrived seamlessly with a careful driver. The gardens and thermal pools are lovely, and overall maintenance of the grounds has improved over the years. I did have an issue with my original room; the second night, a loud, incessant noise with an ever changing tempo (possibly a radiator) from an adjoining, empty room lasted over three maddening hours. I didn't leave to find the night staff because my daughter managed to sleep though the maddening noise (apparently dreaming about motorcycles). When I told the front desk the next morning, they immediately offered to move us to another room, a satisfactory resolution considering you can't get sleep back. I had expected them to offer an explanation or say they would fix it that day...my guess is, it may be an ongoing issue, so, maybe don't stay in rooms 125/126 anytime soon. My overall experience was excellent.
