Excellent stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Sorrento. It was an ideal base for our trip, with easy access to the train station, the main streets, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to pop back to the hotel whenever we wanted to freshen up without having a long walk.
The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of choice. We were also celebrating my mum’s birthday during our stay, and the team made it extra special by surprising her with a beautiful stack of birthday pancakes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day even more memorable.
The rooftop bar was another highlight of our stay. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere is lovely, and the cocktails were excellent. The Aperol Spritz from the rooftop bar was my favourite of the entire trip!
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Schöne Dachterrasse sinnvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und besonders lecker. Mit der Lage und der Dachterrasse definitiv ein kleines Highlight auf unserer Italien-Reise.
Die Dachterrasse war abends gegen 18 Uhr leider noch nicht auf, als wir und ein paar andere Gäste einen Drink trinken wollten (obwohl die Bar auf haben sollte gem. Öffnungszeiten). Das war etwas schade.
Great Location in the middle of Sorrento! Easy access to all the restaurants, shopping and only a 20 min walk to the beach (would highly recommend Peter’s Beach Club!) The staff were so friendly and VERY accommodating & helpful from the front desk staff (the manager was so hands on and would make sure we were taken care of) to Rosie at the Roof Top Bar (which was so cute & relaxing btw after a long
day at the beach) to the chef at breakfast! I cannot wait to come back to Sorrento and will definitely stay at Hotel Sorrento City! Thank you!!!
