Pros:

everything was good,
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and were incredibly welcoming and helpful, We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable, but the initial check-in could have been handled more professionally.
Pros:

The free breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, which was very helpful for our family. We also appreciated that the staff provided us with an extra pan so we could cook food for our baby.

Cons:

We had already paid in advance for our 3-night stay. Before arriving, we contacted the hotel about the possibility of early check-in and said we were willing to pay any extra fee. We were told positively that we could discuss it with the front desk upon arrival.
Our overnight flight landed around 9:00 a.m., and we arrived early, around 10 a.m., with our toddler. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the possibility of early check-in and the kitchen, as we needed to prepare special food for our child. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room was not available. We understood that early check-in depends on availability, but the first front desk guy was not very helpful or welcoming. We saw other guests checking out during that time, but we were not given a clear or polite response. We waited for about an hour with no luck, then had to leave to buy food for our baby and ourselves.
The experience at the first check-in was disappointing, especially after being told earlier that early check-in might be possible if we spoke with the front desk. However, when we returned around 1 p.m., a different staff member was extremely kind, humble, and welcoming. He immediately tried to help, allowed us to wait comfortably, checked us in without any extra charge, and explained everything clearly, including breakfast and hotel details. We were very happy with his service, but the initial experience could have been handled much better.

Pratique et central
Pros:

Tres bien situé, métro Berri uqam avec toutes les lignes a qq centaines de mètres à pied.
C’est très agréable d’avoir à la fois une kitchenette et un petit déjeuner !
Équipe très réactive et à l’écoute

Cons:

Chambre simple, espaces optimisés et qui donne sur une rue assez bruyante mais ca ne nous a pas dérangé.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Montréal à pied. Chambre avec salon et coin cuisine, très correct dans sa catégorie, pour un prix raisonnable pour le centre ville. Personnel aimable. Et ils ont des viennoiseries fraîches au petit déjeuner !

Cons:

Frigo bruyant dans la partie cuisine, heureusement que je pouvais fermer la porte de la chambre.

All is great, really recommend
Pros:

The cleanest hotel I lived in Canada so far. I lived in 5 hotels - 3 & 4 stars ones in BC and AB.
The staff was nice and took our luggage after we moved out, so we could spend another wonderful day in the city before the departure.
Location is great.

Cons:

The breakfast has a variety of meals but my husband missed meat, ha ha
However, I was actually surprised when I found that that breakfasts are included at all, taking into consideration the cost of staying

Pros:

The location was great - close to nice restaurants, and many tourist attractions!

Cons:

The room was relatively small & we needed to use the pull out couch as I was traveling with my dad and preferred to have my own bed. They did not provide a duvet until the second night, after asking for one over and over again. The pull out couch was rather uncomfortable.
The breakfast was very simple and the breakfast room was not very nice and in the basement. I had higher expectations for the breakfast as reviews were raving about it. It was not a bad stay overall but gave me hostel vibes.

Pros:

I like that it was close to the famous Basilica church about 1 mile or 20 minutes walk a lot of eateries and shops around the area. Nice breakfast lotta pastries, different juices. Microwave and mini refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

Parking was around the corner and one minute walk to the hotel you had drive down level, two or three , which is in the basement no security and a little creepy if you’re a solo woman traveler.
You can’t take any breakfast up to your hotel room no plates , Glasses, or silverware for some that are wanting to eat in a privacy of their room.
