Nothing
I had to park down the street overnight because I could not get to the parking lot! Elevators took 20 minutes to get on each time
Should get part of my money back horrible. Actually park we down the road in a pay lot overnight and drug our suitcases down the road totally unacceptable!!
It was close to the arena
It was dirty and a bit dated. The valet is ridiculously expensive. The employees do not speak.
The location was perfect to get to the venue for the concert we were there for. It was walking distance. Also one of the street car stops was right in front of the hotel so that was convenient.
The room would not get cool, it was hot and uncomfortable. It was a struggle to get enough towels and washcloths for the 4 people that stayed in our suite. Some of the staff were rude and not helpful. There was an African American worker who was super helpful to people who look like him. He, however, was not kind to my family and did not help us or speak one word to us. Then we had an issue arise with another family who was staying there, and essentially got no help and was made out to be the problem. I would not stay here again. Overly priced for average rooms and treatment. Also you have to pay $50 a night for valet parking which that information was not given to me until the day I arrived at the hotel.
Great Hotel, great staff and an unusual breakfast
There was nothing around
Bathroom shower and sink get clogged when in use. Later found dirty women panty next to the sofa. We had great help from front desk Justin that personally came up to clean and throw away panty since he called for room service to clean the issue before we went to dinner, came back from dinner and nothing was taken cared of. Felt that room was not clean well enough. Very disappointed!!
Overall layout if the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect.
Customer service was very good
Rooms did not clean enough
Dirty comforter with blood stains. Blood stains in the bathroom. Dirty towels
I thought it would be a great idea for my kids
. I made a reservation on Dec. 31, 2025, because I have a son who so badly wanted to go to the city for fireworks. My son is 4 and I have a 2 year old daughter. They were so excited to be in the city staying at a tall building. I made sure to message the property in June asking if possible to get a high floor facing the fireworks. Having small children it is easy to see them from inside and at safe space that I’m not trying to keep them standing in a crowd. They don’t like the loud noise the fireworks make and it scares them. Thinking this was a great idea and solution to everything. I received confirmation on June 21st from the property that I was confirmed for a high floor facing the bay. I thanked the rep so much and was so happy their dreams would come true. I understand it’s just fireworks but for many reasons and mostly as a mom if I can make simple requests come true then I try my best. Thinking I did all I could and was ahead of it all, but little did I know.
I go to the counter to check in and the lady asked the manager to come over. I hear him tell her move her to the king city view. My heart drops instantly I’m like what why! I said what was wrong with the room I was confirmed for? The manager proceeded to tell me he is sold out and unfortunately took my room to give to someone else. I said Sir I only came here for my son to see the fireworks. He then told me I can Uber to armature works for him and my 2 yr old to watch them. I expressed to him the entire point was to see them from the room as the sound scares them it’s too loud. He said well I will wave your Urban Fee that the hotel charges for free WiFi……. Mind you I have Hilton Honors and get free WiFi. I said Sir if my son cannot see the fireworks from looking at the city this entire trip was a waste. He said I cannot guarantee anything but I’ll give you 1,500 honors points.
Location and the breakfast. Convenient parking across the street for $18. Wallet parking at the hotel is $50!!!!!!
Super noisy at night. I don't know if we were close to an air conditioning machine or what. But we did not have a good night of sleep.
Additionally, checkin is at 4 and checkout at 11. It is already less than 24 hours. And the room wasn't ready at 4pm. We had to leave the luggages and leave without having a room assigned. Only when we came back later at night were able to go to our room.
In the morning, at 9:30 we had the cleaning lady knocking on the door insistantly, to come and probably clean the room. I opened the door and she didn't say anything, just apologized.
No water as a courtesy. 4 dollars each bottle.
Right across the street from the concert
Parking is outrageous, 50 dollars for one night
Clean , convenient to the surrounding area

Leo, Logan and Michelle C. were very helpful when we had questions. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and inviting. The location was great with the trolley right outside the front door.
