Leo, Logan and Michelle C. were very helpful when we had questions. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and inviting. The location was great with the trolley right outside the front door.
The property was in a prime downtown location, comfortable and pool was amazing! Breakfast was the best we have ever had for a hotel.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The room could have been a bit cooler but still didn’t make our rating go down!

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the restaurant, Taste. The pool is a great way to enjoy your stay. The staff was amazing and very professional, attentive, and always a great attitude.
I do believe the valet is very expensive and if you are an Honors member, maybe consider reducing the rate.
Beautiful looking hotel right in the heart of downtown Tampa. Location alone is 5 out of 5. Hotel staff were kind, welcoming and helpful . Check in was quick and easy. Our room was located on the 6th floor and was a 2 room double queen. Very clean. There was a little kitchenette and fridge available. The first room had a pullout couch, which was nice if you had extra people . The bed and pillows were amazing. We slept like babies. Continental breakfast provided was pretty good and you also had your option of getting a freshly made to order omelette. Starbucks located inside the hotel was a plus! Didn’t have the opportunity to visit the restaurant, but it was very appealing. The trolley train stop was literally 150 feet outside of the hotel, which was unbelievably convenient because it takes you all over downtown Tampa, including Ibor. Check out was easy and hassle free. Lovely hotel.
Embassy went out of their way to accommodate all of us AP Readers. The breakfast is the best! Steve A. arranged for earlier times for us on the weekends. A big THANK YOU to Steve A. He was the best and always had a smile. And after a long day at work, the Embassy provided a super happy hour! The bar and restaurant were excellent as well. The scenery from the hotel is gorgeous.

Her cooked-to-order omelettes are absolute perfection every single time—fluffy, flavorful, and made exactly how you like them. And the grits? I had to stop and ask how they were even possible—they were that good. It’s rare to find food prepared with such care and consistency, especially in a busy hotel setting.
What really sets Rosa apart is how she connects with guests. She is kind, attentive, and incredibly proactive, always making sure your needs are met before you even have to ask. She takes the time to engage, remember preferences, and make you feel seen, which elevates the entire stay.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic. Roomy and comfortable. The included breakfast was huge! Delicious and more than you could ask for. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next door to the Benchmark arena and tons of restaurants and stores are walkable.
