We will absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

The suite we stayed in was fantastic. Roomy and comfortable. The included breakfast was huge! Delicious and more than you could ask for. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next door to the Benchmark arena and tons of restaurants and stores are walkable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.

Steve A. was the MVP of the experience. Always warmly greeting us every morning before the breakfast. Even greeting us at 4:45 am the day we left. Love this place!

Kind, happy and accommodating
Pros:

This hotel is one of my favorites. They are kind and friendly and go our od their way to make your day easier and better. Steve, who runs breakfast, is very accommodating and kind. He opened up breakfast early for us so we could eat before our conference on the weekends!
Rodney in the bar is a great guy also who makes the end of the day a good conversation and something to look forward to.
Our event is probably moving to another city, and we're all sad to leave this Embassy. Thanks for everything.

Amazing Steve
Pros:

I was in town for 2 weeks on a work trip that required early work on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 8. When Steve A found that a large group of us wouldn’t be able to get breakfast because it started late, he was able to arrange that breakfast would start early. That was unbelievably helpful and super kind. 3 years of this particular trip and Steve is one of the few employees I remember from each trip. Phenomenal
