Excellent location for the price
Pros:

It's a good location, we had a balcony which had a great view of San Juan. But there were no seats for the balcony. The beach was only a 3 minute walk away across the street through a walkway.

Cons:

No seats on the balcony.

Great Stay with Outstanding Staff, but Better Fee Transparency Is Needed
Pros:

I had a great stay at TRYP by Wyndham and would definitely come back. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant, which made for an enjoyable experience.

I especially want to recognize Juan, who checked us in. Although we were frustrated because of everything we experienced—especially since we were trying to enjoy my birthday—he remained professional, patient, and did his best to accommodate us. His effort and positive attitude did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the customer service he provided.

The only downside was that the parking and additional fees were unexpected. It would be helpful if those costs were communicated more clearly before guests arrive so there are no surprises.

It also took a little while to receive clean towels and washcloths when we were getting ready to go out. Since our room had more than two guests, it would have been nice if housekeeping had provided enough towels and washcloths for everyone without us having to request more.

Other than those minor issues, I have no complaints. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I look forward to visiting again—just with a better understanding of the additional fees.
