Pros:

Pros:

Does everything well - clean comfy rooms with nice TVs, sliding door bathrooms, the mini breakfast buffet they do is nice and ticks all boxes. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee machine / options in the rooms. Hotel has water fill-up points, washing services, a simple gym, etc. They have their own restaurant, and there's also a pizza restaurant connected on the other side of the hotel. 10/10 Beach access right across the street. No complaints!

Cons:

The coffee in the rooms could be easier to use / produce more pleasant coffee. Some refurbishments to furniture or room structure could be good in some areas.

Agradable y confortable, además de la amabilidad de los empleados, especialmente de Joanne.
Pros:

Excelente Hotel! Muy cómodo, excelente ubicación en una zona comercial y muy cerca de la playa Carolina, Un dato importante hay dos rutas de transporte público (T5 y T53) que te dejan prácticamente al frente del hotel y desde allí puedes ir al Viejo San Juan (gratis). Nos recibieron las maletas antes y además nos permitieron hacen el chek in antes de la hora prevista, al final también nos guardaron las maletas después del check out... Nos encantó la amabilidad, cordialidad y disponibilidad de varios empleados, pero especialmente de Joanne. Muy RECOMENDADO!

Great stay over all. Staff was pleasant and rooms comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Beach right across the street. Many restaurants on the same street of the hotel and some are open 24 hours. 10 minute drive ride into San Juan. La placita is 6 minutes away. 5 minutes from airport.

Cons:

The shower would leak the water all over the floor as they don’t have any good protection to keep it from going out of the shower area. Need to place many towels on the floor to absorb water.

Location. Staff, pool, room very clean

Areas for Improvement

The smoke detector has a bright flashing light that illuminates the room at night and can wake guests up while they are sleeping.

Additionally, the toilet plumbing is very noisy. Whenever someone on another floor flushes the toilet, the noise is loud enough to wake guests up during the night.

These issues made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I hope the hotel will address these problems to improve the comfort of future guests.

Pros:

Good location, one block from the beach! And at a better price than the ones directly on the beach. Clean, decent sized room! And quite considering the location. Also easy to get to Old San Juan and the airport via Uber.

Cons:

The surrounding area isn't particularly nice. It has everything you may need and the beach is great but very built up.
