Please note that the indoor pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00.

Guests under 18 years old may access the pool only from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. On weekends, children’s access in the evening is extended until 21:00.

Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to use the steam room, sauna, or gym.

Pre-booking for the indoor pool is mandatory, in one-hour time slots, starting from the day of check-in.

Pros:

We were upgraded and this made our holiday so we have booked to come again in May ty for the upgrades. All staff were exceptional tyy salini you most certainly did not dissapoint.

La habitacion es bien grande. La cama es muy comoda. Suerte que tenian un enchufe europeo. Hay tres piscinas en el hotel.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, pokój duży, ładny taras, czysto

Cons:

Niestety ale obiekt usytuowany przy jakimś wysypisku albo czymś podobnym. odczuwalny bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, który uniemożliwia korzystanie z zewnętrznego basenu i tarasu przy pokoju. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy, niestety do wszystkiego daleko.

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile. Hotel grande ma ben organizzato. Posizione ottima per visitare nord dell'isola.

Cons:

Fuori dall'hotel c'era un forte odore di zolfo, sopportabile ma diciamo che dopo tre giorni aveva stancato. Ovviamente nulla a che fare con l'hotel.

Extremely disappointing and not worth the money.
Pros:

The only positive thing I could say about the property where that the pools were nice (despite only being able to chill by one), however everything else was awful.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, needing some TLC with paint chipping, mould on the ceilings, shower head hanging off, stained (with human fluids) sheets, blocked sinks that made the water level rise up to the top just by washing hands etc.. Upon check in we had to ask for the room to be re cleaned because there were crisp crumbs left around the bed and the floors were literally seasoning our feet. Additionally, during our stay there was a HUGE film production filming in all areas of the hotel mainly including the adults only pool so we were unable to access this part and others and were not warned about this happening during our stay, if we were told we would have booked elsewhere. This meant we had to stay in the family pool area surrounded by SCREAMING kids. The crew were rude and left all their clutter around and the staff of the hotel were extremely cold and unkind, some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Breakfast was also disgusting. Fresh bread baked daily was advertised yet behind the counter you could blatantly see packaged sliced bread…. it’s clearly a money hungry hotel who does not prioritise guest satisfaction. If it weren’t for the infinity pool I would’ve genuinely given it a 1 or 2 and having stayed in many hotels in Malta of similar “calibre” this genuinely made me feel like the hotel deserves 3 stars at MOST.

Pros:

The terrace could be more renovated, you can already see the passage of time, especially on terrace furniture. The cureas in the room could also be replaced. Dirty and old. Service at the reception - not very helpful. Everywhere in the leaflets information that room service works, it turns out that from 6pm. Many thanks to Mr. - Dhammik. His help was great:)
