Naprosto perfektní personál, ochotný, vstřícný. U snídaně jsme byli spokojeni jak s možností výběru, tak kvalitou, byť šlo u této kategorie hotelu o standard. Pohodlné postele. Výhled jsme měli na západ, bylo možné pozorovat letadla při přistání, která létají téměř nad hotelem. Pro nás výhoda, máme to rádi. Pokud to máte stejně, je možné hodnotit hotel jako takový jako tichý.
Přestože bylo zařízení koupelny zcela čisté, zasloužilo by si postupnou výměnu. Igelitová zástěna u vany je zbytečná relikvie. Slabý tlak vody ve sprše ve 4.p.
Breakfast
Our flights were grounded for days during the chaotic extreme fog conditions at Ponta Delgada Airport. Finding a room for four nights at MS Vila Nova saved our sanity. We could walk to good restaurants and hear live music close by. The staff were outstanding, including finding me an English speaking dentist.
Everything about staying at this hotel was wonderful. I very highlyrecommend. Obrigada!!

Boa localização, os quartos são de bom tamanho e o staff é simpático.
Como casal, deram-nos duas camas separadas. Ambas as camas estavam côncavas. Uma grande cova central em cada uma delas. Quisemos ficar mais uma noite e tentaram-nos cobrar o dobro do que nos tinham cobrado por noite. Mudámos de hotel. O valor que pedem para o que oferecem é absurdo. Paga-se 5 euros por dia no hotel para se estacionar o carro.

The hotel is in a great location, practically in the city centre. All the attractions are within walking distance. A fairly large, spacious room with a big bathroom. Very comfortable beds – a definite plus. The balcony in the room was certainly an added bonus. The WiFi worked well. The Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch. Very clean. Very good breakfasts, with a wide selection of cold meats, fruit and cheese (including local ones). Hot and cold dishes. Very good WiFi. Reception staff were polite and helpful. The welcome biscuits – local and delicious – along with a handwritten welcome note from the hotel staff, were a nice accent.
Unfortunately, in the rooms facing the street, it gets quite noisy when the windows are open; this isn’t just down to street noise, but also because the hotel is situated on the flight path for planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport. They fly really low, and the noise can be quite tiring, especially in the evening when you return to the hotel.
Super,propre et accueillant
Ontbijt was prima geregeld met genoeg variatie. Parkeren voor de deur was erg gemakkelijk, ook genoeg ruimte net buiten het hotel. Personeel over het algemeen erg vriendelijk. Mooie ruime kamers met balkon. Prima locatie om het eiland te verkennen.
Helaas zaten daar tijdens het onderhoud van de accommodatie waardoor er overdag wat last was van geluidshinder.

Nem volt telefontöltési lehetőség az ágy mellett, a lámpát kellett kihúzni hozzá.
