Excellent!
Pros:

Proximity to the beach was excellent as was the on-site parking, the woman who checked me in and out was very friendly, the AC worked wonderfully, and we had a great view from our balcony. It was also very quiet, I don't know if we had any neighbors because we never heard them, so it made for a far more restful sleep than I've had at other hotels.

Cons:

A very minor annoyance for us: A window looking into the bathroom from the main part of the room. We had to tie the shutters to keep them from swinging open on us.

It was pleasant but definitely great location
Pros:

Location was awesome, walked to Publix and restaurants and the dock for our sunset cruise. Close to the beach.

Cons:

Needed more cleaning, fridge was dirty with crumbs and sticky goo in the draw. A cockroach or two needed to be jumped on.

Our stay was a mini getaway and the facility was perfect to relax at the beach. Looking forward to returning for another

The property is in an excellent location feet away from beach area, it was great to park your vehicle on the property parking lot and not worry about parking outside the property ,walking distance to Publix .

Need better TV reception .

Nice place to stay for a beach getaway.
Pros:

Staff was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has great views of the ocean. The proximity of the ocean is a plus, and stores and restaurants are walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel was a little dated and the A/C unit was loud. The pool is small.
