Wunderbar , entspannend & wir kommen definitiv wieder !!
Pros:

- extrem sauber
- freundliches personal an der rezeption, ganz besonders sind uns ein junger Herr aufgefallen und eine Dame. Leider wissen wir die namen nicht mehr , aber jeder wunsch wurde uns erfüllt!

Pros:

Da unser gebuchtes Zimmer im Vier Jahreszeiten durch einen Wasserschaden nicht verfügbar war hat man uns umgebucht ins Suite Hotel gegenüber. Das war sehr zuvorkommend, entsprach aber nicht unseren Vorstellungen da wir zu unserer goldenen Hochzeit andere Ansprüche hatten.

Cons:

Die Bemühungen der Rezeptionen waren sehr Zuvorkommend aber nicht in unserem Sinne. Die Situation beim Frühstück war sehr aufregend da Das Hotel ein Familienhotel mit sehr vielen Kindern war.

Ein super Hotel mit klasse Personal und toller Ausstattung!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und sehr guter Lage.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und war bei Fragen immer da und hilfsbereit.
Der Wellnessbereich ist top und die Anwendungen auch.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und immer frisch, auf Anfrage gab es so gut wie alles und es wurde sehr auf Zufriedenheit geachtet. Zudem eines der wenigen Hotels mit einem tollen veganen Angebot - das findet man leider sehr selten, aber hier war es möglich! Vielen Dank dafür!
Die Zimmerreinigung war top und bei Auslassen gab es einen großzügigen Gutschein für ein tolles Geschäft in der Nähe.
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen etwas hart, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache, weshalb wir da auch keine Punkte für abziehen würden
