Very pleasantly surprised with the quality and value of the hotel for the time of year we visited
Pros:

Great choice for breakfast, location was very good for the harbour and night life.
Food and snacks were very good and charged at a reasonable rate.

Cons:

Only slight criticism is when it’s wind, there are no areas of shade by the pool but this was understandable

The sea view. The pool.

Cons:

Limited eating options for such a large hotel.
Room service took 1.5 hours as they got the room no incorrect. No apology or bill adjustment which was disappointing. Guy delivering forgot the bill too.

Frühstück war immer hervorragend mit einer sehr grossen Auswahl und auch Abwechslung.
Zimmer sind sehr angenehm mit Balkon - tip-top.
Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beleuchtung sowohl in den Gängen des Hotels, sowie auch in den Zimmern sind sehr schlecht. Das Hotel hat eine Auszeichnung für "Green", aber bestimmt keine LED-Leuchten. Sehr schade, aber Gott sei Dank scheint die Sonne oft in Portugal.
