Pros:

Large hotel with good facilities. Free parking all around. Good location to explore the island and near the airport and main town. Good bathroon. Clean. Rooms a good size. Nice to be able to sit on balcony.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable. Mattress was bowed with a dip in the middle both horizontal and vertical. Mattress protector was horrible and plastic which could be felt through the sheets. Air conditioning was also not very good and dated.
Outside of the hotel looked tatty with balcony's peeling. Some parts of the hotel looked dated. Carpets clean but very dated.
Car park expensive and very tight but at least free parking all around hotel.

Pros:

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. The rooms are a good size and well furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Special thanks for the welcome coffee and water. Breakfast and dinner were also great. Pool and wellness are also available. The staff is very kind and patient, helpful. I can only give a positive opinion. If I visit Ponta Delgada again, I will definitely book accommodation here.

Pros:

Situat a 20 minuts del centre, i a 10 de l'aeroport. Es fàcil aparcar al carrer pels voltants. Habitacions còmodes i netes. Llit gran i bon matalàs. L'esmorzar força complet, encara que faltaria una altra màquina de cafè i fossin mes eficients a l'hora de reposar el menjar. Però en general molt bé. Si tornes a Ponta Delgada es quasi segur que repetiria.

Cons:

Vaig oblidar el carregador del mòbil endollat a l'habitació. Vaig tornar al cap de 4 hores, després de dinar i no l'havien trobat (sic). Vaig tornar al cap de 4 dies, ja que tenia el vol de tornada des de Ponta Delgada, i tampoc havia aparegut. En fi, algú se'l va quedar. Que li vagi de gust !!!!!!

I přes drobné výhrady bychom si toto ubytování zvolili i příště :-)
Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v blízkosti kruhového objezdu, což ale vůbec neubírá na jeho kvalitě. Není slyšet žádný hluk. V okolí hotelu je dostatek parkovacích míst. Do centra PDL je to cca 25 minut chůze, ale dá se využít placené parkování, kterého je dostatek a ceny jsou velmi příznivé. Snídaně byly zcela jednotvárné, ale dalo se vybrat. Káva a nápoje byly výborné.

Cons:

Čekali jsme trochu víc od bazénu, který není moc velký a je zbytečně přetopený.
