Hotel muito confortável, limpo e bem organizado. O estacionamento é fácil e prático. O pequeno-almoço tem muita qualidade e variedade. Destaco também a simpatia e profissionalismo dos recepcionistas, sempre muito prestáveis

Pros:

Localização e pequeno almoço eram excelentes

Cons:

Ginásio está completamente degradado, muitos aparelhos não funcionam, piscina interior não é quente, tem o ambiente quente, obrigatório uso de touca o qual não tem informação prévia na reserva, não tínhamos toalhas para a piscina a disposição, acredito que o hotel necessite de algumas reformas, não nos foi possível fazer late check out

Sehr schlecht!
Cons:

Sehr schlechtes Hotel. Am Anfang sehr unfreundlich aber zum Ende hin doch höflich.

Auf Beschwerdemail an Hotel manager nicht mal eine Antwort erhalten. Hier sind Gäste egal, Hauptsache das Geld stimmt!

Pros:

Muito bem situado, staff simpático, bom pequeno almoço e quarto muito confortável.
Pessoal da receção 5*.

Cons:

Ginásio é a única parte do hotel que requer um pouco de atenção, nota-se algum desgaste com muita ferrugem.
