Quando voltar a Madeira, certamente me hospedarei lá novamente.
Pros:

Gostamos de tudo, hotel muito limpo, funcionarios simpaticos, lugar que realmente faz com que vc se sinta em casa, a vista é incrível a a localizacao a melhor possivel.

Cons:

O hotel deveria ter uma pessoa para conduzir o hospede ate o quarto, dependendo do quarto, pode ser dificil achar.

Разочаровало , что за просмотр фильмов нужно заплатить. Мы посмотрели за все время всего 1 фильм и заплатили за его просмотр 13€…Чему конечно были удивлены

Все понравилось.Отель соответствует своим 4*.На рецепшене оформляла нам номер Кристина Лукас. Очень быстро,профессионально и с улыбкой.

Cons:

Не поняли почему в номере где есть кухня нет не мыла для посуды,не мочалки,не тряпочки вытереть стол.Мы не стали выяснять купили все сами .Непонятно это политика отеля или недобросовестная горничная.В один из дней нам оставили пол рулона туалетной бумаги.Короче ответственным за службу клининга надо проверять горничных.
И ещё очень неприятно было в один из завтраков ,когда на раздаче,где жарят яичницу была женщина, которая высказала гостье хамским образом недовольство тем что она не вернула ложку от омлета на место ,а оставила её в чаше с омлетом.Когда были парни на раздаче было приятно подходить и брать еду.Еда в гостинице стандартная,вроде много ,а начинаешь выбирать и ничего особенного,голодными не останетесь,но и ничего интересного не найдёте.

A minha estadia foi excelente! O quarto estava limpo e confortável, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Gostei bastante das comodidades e da localização. Como era o meu aniversário, prepararam-me um bolo, um gesto muito bonito que me deixou muito feliz e tornou o meu dia ainda mais especial. Agradeço a toda a equipa pela atenção e carinho. Recomendo este hotel e espero voltar em breve!

Não houve nada de que não tivesse gostado durante a minha estadia. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o quarto, a limpeza e a simpatia dos funcionários. A surpresa do bolo no dia do meu aniversário tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa! 🥰❤️
