Magnifique
Pros:

J’ai adoré le petit-déjeuner, les magnifiques piscines et ce très grand hôtel magnifique vue . Il y a beaucoup de verdure, c’est très calme et très propre. Le minibar est à volonté. L’hôtel est proche de la plage, des restaurants et du tram 😊

Cons:

L’hôtel est parfait. Malheureusement, la plomberie a besoin d’être refaite : les chasses d’eau fonctionnent mal. Attention également, les balcons au 12ᵉ étage sont très petits.

Cons:

Avoid I got bad food poisoning which ruined my trip and had to travel home very sick. There was also a lot of people that were there that also got food poisoning. Staff communication issues no English speaking staff. Public toilets no water to wash hands. Sinks and baths seemed to have been painted. Bath so slippery to get out.

Ожидание от ихнего люкса не оправдались. В остальном терпимо.

Cons:

Номера сильно уставшие. Сантехника старая. Отсутствовала террасная мебель. Фото на сайте не соответствуют действительности. Пляж в 10 минутах и покрыт крупной галькой которая некомфортнвя для ног, нужна специальная обувь.

Pros:

Essen war top - war für alle etwas dabei.

Cons:

Personal geht ger nicht, bis auf einige Service Mitarbeiter die noch freundlich lachen können, können andere weder Englisch noch ist gastfreundlich eine Fremdsprache für sie. Vorallem die Herren am Empfang der eine wollte uns zuerst abzocken, indem er in das Kartenlesegerät in Fremdwährung eine viel zu hohe Zahl eingab. Als wir das gecheckt haben, meinte er ihm sei ein Fehler passiert und hat den richtigen Betrag einegeben. Allgemein nicht viel Repekt oder Freundlichkeit gezeigt. Der Sicherheitsbeamte scheint ebenfalls zu dieser Clique zugehören.
Eine Schulung wie man mit Gästen umgeht wäre bestimmt empfhelenswert.

Halk plajına shuttle ile gidiyorsunuz plajın önünde halk plajından insanlar masa kuruyor.
Yemek kalitesinin düşüklüğü sebebiyle zehirlendim son gün kustum.
Çalışanlar türkçeyi anlamıyor bile iletişimde problem yaşanıyor.
