Virkelig dårligt check in personale der ik engang smiler og bare vil have dig videre. Jeg fik et værelse med en ødelagt balkon dør, hoveddør der ik lukker ordenligt og en minibar der ikke virker. Jeg klagede tre gange og fik at vide, at jeg først dagen efter kl. 11 om morgenen kan få et nyt værelse. Dagen efter går jeg ned klokken 11 og får at vide at det først kan blive kl. 14. Havde jeg ikke insisteret havde de ikke givet mig et nyt værelse. Det nye værelse jeg får har også en minibar der ikke virker og et toilet der ikke skyller. Jeg går igen ned og klager og der kommer så en mand og “fikser toilettet” fik også udskiftet den ødelagte minibar med en minibar der heller ikke virker. Jeg var igen nede og klage og fik aldrig en ny minibar igen. Hver gang jeg var nede og klage blev de sure og ville bare ha mig videre, flere gange prøvede de at ignorere mig.

Meget gammelt hotel der ikke er blevet vedligeholdt. Toiletterne er virkelig klamme og madet er dårligt. Det eneste gode er beliggenheden, og derfor får den højst to stjerner. Flere gæster og jeg snakkede med havde dårlige oplevelser med check in personalet, og flere taxachauffører fortalte at det er et dårligt hotel. Værste fem stjernet hotel jeg har været på.

اقد طلبت سرير مزدوج واطلالة جلى البحر لكن لم يوافقو على ذلك قالو غدا سوف نغيرلك الغرفة بالفعل لقد اخذوني على غرفة ثاني يوم ولكن سرير مزدوج واطلالة لست جميلة غير ذلك كان كلشي جيد

الي ما عجبني قالو ابقى نفس الغرفة سوف نبدلك المتراس السرير يكون مزدوج ولكن كانت الصدمة لقد قربو السرير لان كان السرير فردي وكان المترس غير مريح وهذا الي زعجني وملاحظة ثانية انو الاكل كل يوم نفس الشي بالاخص الظهر لم يغرو شي وشكرا اكم

При заселении в отель сотрудники приняли наш багаж на хранение и разместили его в помещении без охраны и без камер видеонаблюдения. За время хранения из наших вещей пропали дорогостоящие очки. Хорошо что мы не оставили кошельки.
Когда мы сообщили о случившемся, вместо помощи и корректного отношения столкнулись с грубым и неприветливым поведением персонала. Нас не связали ни с администратором, ни с директором отеля. Вместо этого пригласили человека без бейджа, которого представили как начальника службы охраны. При этом большинство сотрудников также были без бейджей, поэтому установить их личности было невозможно.
Этот человек пообещал проверить записи с камер видеонаблюдения, однако никакой информации или результатов проверки нам так и не предоставили. Кроме того не работал бачок сливной в номере, не работал сейф для вещей в шкафу, не работал кондиционер в спортзале, постоянно нехватало полотенец для бассейна.

Prisvärt men förtjänar ej 5 sjärn.
Cons:

Onödiga ytor vilket ledde till stora gångavstånd till pool och restoranger.
Brist på leende hos personalen.
snålar med kött på alla måltider.
Alla säger aldrig mer detta hotell, gäller för mig också, brist på kommunikation inför bokningen då de gav felaktig information ex. jag hade bokat 2 rum men de sa 1 rum, till slut booking.com fixade till rätta.

En relación calidad/precio, es acpetable.
Pros:

La ubicación me ha gustado mucho, se puede salir directamente a la ciudad y a la playa. La piscina bien, pero el tobogán o no funcionaba del todo o estaba 1-2 horas al día, que es poco. La comida regular, opciones "sin gluten" que estaban anunciados por el alojamiento, directamente no existían. Tenía que hablar con el chef de cocina para que preparase algo aparte para mi hijo que es celiaco y la comunicación era poco clara con ellos. Variedad de comida y bebida es escasa. Pero si hablamos de calidad/precio, diría que OK.

Cons:

Los colchones y las almohadas muy incomodas, no había almohadas extras en los armarios, la habitación (en nuestro caso , dos habitaciones) no tenían ni un blaconcito para secar la ropa de la piscina, etc..
La comida regular y sin opciones SIN GLUTEN. Animación cero. El hotel en general parecía "medio abandonado" porque había muchas áreas sin uso y daba la impresión que no está funcionando a su total capacidad (estabamos en el principio de julio 2026)

Good location not far from the sea, clean.

Cons:

Only few people speak English and 90% of the guests are russian. Bed absolutely uncomfortable I had back pain after this holidays. Water refill wasn’t provided we were asking 3 times for water and was ignored by staff.
