A shame to spoil what should be a nice hotel Clearly the whole building needs a thorough clean

Cons:

When we arrived we noticed a faint smell of drains in the bathroom. The smell became stronger until it was overpowering We spoke to the management who promised to have the 'filter cleaned'. The smell only got worse until at 6am two days later we couldn't go in the bathroom and couldn't sleep. We called the night manager a nervous young man who said there was nothing he could do. I said I wanted to use the toilet. He left the room and apparently called another manager. If I wanted to use a toilet I must go to the floor below and use the one in an empty room ! No we couldn't use this room. I had to trot down in my nightdress. In the morning we spoke to the senior manager on the desk who said we couldn't have another room and he would call maintenance again. He said it was perfectly reasonable for me to walk though the hotel at 6am in my nightdress. Flummoxed we went back to the smelly room noting on the way that the lift also had a faint version of the smell. We know Malta very well and considered transferring to another hotel when the manager called to say we could have another room. Unfortunately we had to repack our belongings at once or wait until mid morning for the staff.

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Malta
Pros:

Ruime kamer, zeer goed bed, mooi terras (303) en mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Soms was er water, soms niet… Dan moesten we het vragen en werd het afgeleverd !

Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und super Lage!

Geweldig
Pros:

Het hotel zit op een perfectie locatie. Dicht bij alle drukte, zonder dat je er last van hebt.
Het hotel heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een tof dakterras met zwembad, lekker eten, aardige mensen en nette kamers.

Cons:

We hadden nu een balkon dat uitkeek op muren. Dat we geen uitzicht op zee hadden, wisten we, maar alleen muren is wel wat jammer.
