Always a good option!

Pros:

Absolutely would NOT ever book with this hotel again. After the worst customer service experience I've ever had, the General Manager (Wendy) admitted that she could make an effort to try to make it better, however she was choosing not to. Her way to "help" the situation was to offer us a cookie. Yes, we were offered a cookie in exchange for what can truly not be described except for truly awful customer service.

Comfy beds, clean and safe location for overnight
Pros:

We have been stopping at this location regularly from FL to CT usually in July and they always are welcoming, clean and have comfy beds. Even my Pugs like coming here, the suites are perfect for us. Had a malted waffle, bacon & coffee and left well rested. I noticed they cleaned hallways up nicely and making an effort to update things, good job!

How do you put us I a room knowing no AC and frig is busted?

They need to fire "Brenden" and the rest of the front desk staff cuz they suck at their jobs
Pros:

Did the early checkin via the app. Never received notice the room was ready. When I tried to check in at 3 PM, the roooms still weren't ready. When dealing with the issue, the staff was incredibly rude and nasty. Especially "Brenden", the precious woman who needs to stay far away from the service industry. Hampton Inn is usually so good and consistent, but this place is a disaster.
In one of our two rooms the bathroom door didn't even close properly.
