Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location is good. It was in walking distance to restaurants. Front desk receptionist was very friendly

Cons:

There was a musky smell that smelled like cooking gas when you enter the lobby area. It eventually went away.

Pros:

Absolutely would NOT ever book with this hotel again. After the worst customer service experience I've ever had, the General Manager (Wendy) admitted that she could make an effort to try to make it better, however she was choosing not to. Her way to "help" the situation was to offer us a cookie. Yes, we were offered a cookie in exchange for what can truly not be described except for truly awful customer service.

Comfy beds, clean and safe location for overnight
Pros:

We have been stopping at this location regularly from FL to CT usually in July and they always are welcoming, clean and have comfy beds. Even my Pugs like coming here, the suites are perfect for us. Had a malted waffle, bacon & coffee and left well rested. I noticed they cleaned hallways up nicely and making an effort to update things, good job!
