In the room -some equipment didn't work, like some of the lights, the venta in the bathroom.

עשו עלי 2 תרגילים. הראשון סה"כ המחיר שלכם, תחת 'מבצע' (כביכול תחת אתר המלון), היה 265 ש"ח, ובדיעבד המחיר מאוחר יותר (לפי אתר המלון), היה 219 ש"ח. והתרגיל השני של המלון ה'מבצע' שבסופו הסתבר ככסות לשהות בחלק הישן של המלון. ש'אירח' אותנו בקומה ראשונה של המבנה הישן ולמרות החלון ה'אקוסטי', הפונה לכביש הראשי והסואן (לכוון שדה התעופה). המעלית במבנה הישן לא הייתה במפלס הלובי והיה צורך לעלות במדרגות עד למעלית. התעוררתי מספר פעמים בכל לילה, מרעש חזק של הרכבות, כמו רעמים ומכות פטיש. הרעש עבר כנראה דרך רצפת המבנה. כמו כן קו הטלפון לא היה פעיל (נמסר לנו על תקלה 'בלתי פתירה') ובתאריך 12.09 לא היו מים חמים, עד שעות הערב (ונמסר כי היה שיא צריכה)

Comodo, da ritornarci!
Pros:

Hotel molto centrale, ottimo da visitare a piedi il centro. Tutti i giorni pulivano la stanza e rifornivano sempre di acqua (gratuita). La colazione era ricca e variegata. Offrono anche un servizio di massaggi (anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito). Zona sicura, un po' di traffico, ma si dormiva bene. La doccia molto spaziosa.

Cons:

Uno dei letti aveva il lenzuolo un po' sporco. Il soffitto della doccia sembrava cadere a pezzi. La ventola del bagno faceva un rumore molto forte. Alla reception non parlavano bene l'inglese, ma alla fine ci siamo capiti.
Avrei voluto un secondo cuscino ma non c'era.

calidad/precio buenos. Bastante céntrico. Buen desayuno
Pros:

El hotel calidad precio está bien. A unos 7 min andando hasta el centro y bien comunicado por transporte publico. Hablan inglés y en recepción puedes pedir un taxi, información turística y son muy amables. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Tienen opciones vegetarianas

Cons:

Quise ampliar la hora de check out porque mi vuelo salía a las 7 de la tarde y me cobraron media estancia. He visto que en otros hoteles de Sofia no cobran
