Overall convenient hotel for one night stay, average breakfast, but good enough.
Pros:

Location is central, which was convenient for us for a one night stay during transit from our vacation. Room was clean, tidy.

Cons:

Room was situated in a corner facing an interior patio, which looked a bit dirty and not pleasant. But we got to spend a good night sleep due to lack of noice from main street.
We would have appreciated if the reception staff would have given us options to choose another room or at least mentioning during check in about the location of the room.

Pros:

The rooms are very cosy and specklessly clean. The staff is very welcoming and helped us with recommendations we needed.

Great value for money.

Cons:

The plastic and disposable cups used in the breakfast room. In a big place such as this one equipped with dish washing facilities there is no reason whatsoever for such practices.

Also a bit more transparency regarding the cost of parking would make planning easier. Parking in a nearby garage (hotel arrangement) costs 18eur/day while the parking on the spot costs 22eur/day.

Pros:

Ideale ligging, vriendelijk, heel proper, leuke bar om de hoek.

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet niet echt ons ding. (Waarschijnlijk typisch Bulgaars) we miste gewone broodjes. Wel veel en uitgebreid maar vooral zoetigheden. Alleen toastbrood. Te weinig fruit.
