Great Location for for a quick stop, but needs some attention.
Pros:

Location, 10min drive to Pisa town, same to the airport. ideal for a stop before a flight.

Cons:

Our room was not up to the typical AC standard we would expect, the bathroom was dirty and need a good clean. there were big chunks taken out of the floor, making manoeuvring cases tricky as the wheels would catch in them. it was ok but a disappointment in comparison to other AC locations.

Le premier matin de notre séjour, il n'y avait plus d'eau dans la chambre et dans tout l'hôtel, nous n'avons donc pas pu nous laver avant de sortir. Quand nous sommes rentrés en fin de journée, le problème était résolu. Lors du check out, nous avons demandé un dédommagement pour le problème rencontré; le personnel de la réception nous a indiqué que nous devions solliciter booking.com pour obtenir un remboursement de l'ordre de 50% de la nuité concernée. Booking.com, sollicité quelques jours plus tard, n'est pas parvenu à un accord avec l'hébergement de l'hôtel qui n'a donc pas assuré ses responsabilités dans cette affaire.

Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig

Cons:

Veggene på rommet var papir tynne, så man hørte absolutt alt fra de andre beboerne. Om noen gikk i gangene eller over deg eller snakket i tlf, så var det som de var inne i rommet. Lytt ut mot gaten. Om man sover lett anbefaler jeg ikke dette stedet.

Frokosten var ok. Ikke noe ekstra. Grønne kokte egg og omelett.

We usually really like Marriott hotels, which is why we chose this property, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet the standard we expect from the Marriott brand.

The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was around 17°C, and we were literally cold even wearing sweaters. When we turned on the heating, it was blowing cold air. When I mentioned this at the reception, the response was simply that “the weather got colder.”

For a room that cost nearly €280 per night, this was unacceptable. Only after we said we were considering leaving the hotel did they finally bring a small electric heater.

It was also very cold in the breakfast area — cold enough that our hands were freezing while eating.

Overall, this experience was far below the level of comfort and service we would normally expect from a Marriott hotel.

The staff

Cons:

The location, is not very close to the city. You don’t have where to go out near the hotel. The hotel is too expensive for what you receive.
If I would have to choose again, I would get another hotel.
