Pros:

Do pequeno almoço, da simpatia da funcionária da sala de refeições!

Cons:

Saber que não poderia levar a bicicleta para o quarto, só depois de fazer o check in!
O funcionário deixou-me fazer o check-in e quando eu peguei na bike para subir, ele disse que não era possível!!
Ele sabia perfeitamente que eu estava de bicicleta!
Não sei se no site do hotel faz alguma referência á proibição de bicicletas!!

RECIBIMIENTO AMABLE, HABITACIONES LIMPIAS Y LA UBICACION EXCELENTE. ES UN HOTEL CON INSTALACIONES NUEVAS, CON UN RESTAURANTE PARA DESAYUNO BASTANTE COMODO, HOTEL MUY BIEN UBICADO A 100 MTS APROXIMADO DEL CASCO HISTORICO.

Great spot to explore the old town and cathedral. Not too far from the station.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and in a great location. 10 minutes walk from the station and less than that to the cathedral.
Simple breakfast included in the price.

Cons:

The lifts were a bit small!

Hotel céntrico y agradable
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente con zona de restaurantes y tiendas cercana , a 5 min de la catedral . Las instalaciones muy correctas . El personal muy amable . Muy buena Relación calidad precio. Es una buena opción en Santiago

Cons:

Aconsejo dejar coche en parking de enfrente o en otros cercanos porque es imposible dejarlo cerca en la calle

Good Value Hotel
Pros:

Great location and not far from the main square. Good wifi, comfortable bed, hot water and very quiet as we were on the 7th floor.

Great stay at the end of the camino
Pros:

Helpful staff, great location close to the bus station and to the old town and cathedral. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Air conditioning was set to 19 but the room never dropped below 23, which for us is too hot at night.

Excelente ubicacion y habitacion espaciosa.
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, tanto en la bienvenida como respondiendo mis dudas sobre los horarios del bus para llegar al aeropuerto.
La habitacion estaba muy limpia. El colchon era comodo y el desayuno muy bueno y completo.
Aprecio mucho que pude dejar mi mochila en el lobby del hotel despues del checkout. Gracias!

Cons:

No hay mini-frigo y para mi era primordial en una habitacion de hotel de esa catégoria.
El contenedor del gel de ducha estaba vacio. Apreciaria crema y acondicionador a disposicion, asi como algodon y cotonetes para los oidos.
