Pros:

In need of refurbishment.

Easy parking.

Cons:

Property is very tired. We asked to move from the first room allocated to us as there was a droning, vibrating noise in the room. Upon getting in to bed in the second room I was very uncomfortable as the springs had come through the mattress. I had to place a pillow over the exposed springs in order to be remotely comfortable. The doors in the corridors have no soft close and were banging througout the night. The whole place needs refurbishing.

Bathroom good

Cons:

Bed , poor uncomfortable mattress and very squeaky bed frame every time one moved.
At check the surprise of a parking fee , something new here of which no notice given. In addition website still advertised " free parking". A number of guests made a similar complaint too..

The whole place does look a " little tired".

Nice location and overall building very pleasant on nice leafy surroundings.

Cons:

A bit run down and old fashioned in bathroom. Black spots of mould on ceiling of bathroom above shower. Walls quite thin - could hear the person in neighbouring coughing a lot!

Okay value for money wise, but would not stay again
Pros:

Easy access from motorway and to the venue we were travelling to - meal in the hotel bar was good, drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were really nice and welcoming, and ready to help in any way

Cons:

Rooms were very poor and bathroom was very grubby and run down. The whole place needs a massive refurb, dated and run down hotel a shame because the grounds were beautiful

Pros:

Amazing place that has such a chilled atmosphere.
So close to London, yet felt so far from hustle and bustle.
Food and Bar was good, staff were welcoming and helpful.
Yea, it could do with a lick of paint and updating, but for the price we paid it was exceptional value for money.
Recently stayed at a prestige golf resort hotel in Midlands, that cost three times as much and it was dire in comparison.
Loved Coulsdon Manor and we will be back.

Cons:

Nothing really, bit of TLC and it would be perfect.

Bon séjour, je recommande.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et le personnel agréable et serviable. Nous avons pris un très bon diner au restaurant. L'emplacement est calme et apaisant.

Cons:

La salle de bain était un peu vétuste. Un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner serait agréable.
