die Lage war sehr gut, der Parkplatz zum Hotel ideal,

Cons:

das Zimmer war so heiß, dass man die Eingangstür offen lassen mußte, um es vom Flur her etwas abzukühlen. Fenster konnten nicht von außen verschattet werden. Klimaanlage oder Lüftung gab es nicht. Frühstück gab es im Hotel nicht.

Cons:

Situated right next to a large construction site - lots of noise early in the morning disturbed our rest and spoiled the Mountain View and scenery from our balcony. When raised with staff, the response was very disappointing.

Conveniently located hotel with river views
Pros:

Convenient location, just minutes from shops and restaurants. Good-sized room with a fridge and table, plus a balcony with a lovely river view. Parking right in front of the hotel was a bonus. The hotel and furnishings are dated, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location.
Pros:

Great Location. It's all about location. Can park in sister hotel on the other side.

Cons:

Hotel is very dated. Even carpet seems clean, doesnt feel like it. We stayed during summer and you can feel heat during daytime.

Location var perfekt - tæt på floden og i et smukt område lidt væk fra byen.

Jeg var rigtig glad for fitness og jeres laundry -

Vi prøvede aldrig cafeen fordi det så ikke så spændende ud - men vi prøvede flere gange restaurant ved jeres samarbejds hotl og det var alletiders - samarbejde er godt:)

Cons:

Jeg var ikke helt op og ringe i forhold til rengøring og da vi tillod os at stille noget service udenfor blev rengøring irriteret - så lidt fleksibilet og mulighed for at få rengjort med det hele ville have været perfekt

If I ever go back, I want to stay here.
Pros:

Our first time in Banff. I needed the most affordable hotel with the best location in Banff I could get. Wow. We got a balcony with our stay. It didn't feel super busy at the hotel despite it being in July. The huge river right off our balcony. We could walk to anything we needed. The stay included parking which was an added bonus. The town kind of clears out at night, but parking in the day seems impossible so we were grateful to not need to move our parked truck upon arrival until we left after our tour the next day. The hotel is retro, but most critical to me is that it was very clean. The staff was very accomodating. Thanks.
