The smell in the halls and the room had to keep spraying smell good to stop smelling it .

Bed linens were dirty or stained. Pull-out sofa mattress was worn enough the springs were coming out. Bathtub drain was backed up. Bed was too close to the wall and hvac unit, which prevented good air circulation. If you don't arrive for the breakfast when it begins don't expect the staff to refill anything. Breakfast hours were 6am-9am, we went down at 8am and there was hardly anything left. We barely had enough batter to make waffles. The eggs and sausage were pretty much gone. There were no cups (another guest had 2 cups with them and gave me one to use) for the coffee but it didn't matter, because out of the 2 regular and 1 decaf coffee thermoses, the one regular was out and I was able to get one cup from the other. Other families were coming down after us and didn't have coffee or any of the hot breakfast left.

Don't ask if anything was needed nor did they ask why i checked out early......But they charge me for 4 nights even tho I stayed 3 nights plus they charged my credit card 4 an additional night after I checked out early!!!!!

This is a complaint that I think you should be made aware of concerning the Comfort Suites Inn in St. Louis Fairview, IL. I have tried to resolve this matter with the management to no avail. The property was not clean upon arrival. The smell of urine permeated the air of the room that was assigned.
Upon waking up the next morning to take a shower there was a roach crawling on the shower wall. I killed the bug and notified the desk. I returned to the hotel, from conducting my business for the day and upon retiring for the night. I was startled in the middle of the night by something crawling on me under the covers. Throwing back the sheets, the roach scurried. I swung to kill it but I missed. I, in anger, got up and went to the front desk demanding to speak to a supervisor for a total refund. The desk attendant replied that the management was not available and offered to change my room. My infuriation was mounting. I returned to room 207 to gather my belongings. When I came back to room 207, I killed and captured more roaches running on the desk. I returned to the front desk with evidence in hand. The desk attendant and I took a picture and I changed rooms. The time was after 12:30 am. Saturday night. I need to be onsite at 7 a.m. later that morning. I was totally fatigued and I am demanding a total refund for such a horrible experience.

whater for shower was luke warm pool not working though I was told when I got there just did not want to change location at the time

Bugs dirty cold pool water

There was bed bugs asked to change rooms and found more bed bugs when I showed the clerk the pics she wanted to see in person like she didnt believe me. I asked for refund and she said it would be on my card in 5 to 10 mins she not only didnt refund me but charged my card another 85.32.

Old beds unfriendly staff

Bed was bouncy, pillows flattened quick, it smelled like smoke in the hallway, tv was small, couch was hard

Ran out of breakfast food by 9am.
The unexpected "damage" deposit. Literally said no where on booking.com app or on the facts about the hotel. ( will be upload photos i took of the room before we left so I can get the unexpected deposit back.)
Window curtain did not close fully so the street lights filled the room.
