What a fantastic hotel. The hotel was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were so helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was spot on.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff
Pros:

Very clean, amazing breakfast. The hotel has lots of free activities (archery, padel, kayaking, darts, ping pong etc - Daniel is an amazing entertainer). The activities were not communicated and we found out about them only after a few days.

El trato recibido por parte del personal

Cons:

Qué habiendo reservado la estancia con, creo 4 meses de antelación, se solicitaba una sola cama, de hecho la propia reserva indicaba que sería una sola cama, pero al llegar a la habitación ...... Había 2 camas.

Otra cosa que no me gustó fue el horario de las cenas, estoy de acuerdo con que al contar con muchos clientes alemanes, ingleses, etc sus horarios son distintos, ellos cenan antes, pero creo que una hora más, poder cenar hasta las 22:00 estaría muy bien para los clientes españoles.
