Die Lage .Das Zimmer mit der Aussicht auf das Meer. Sonnenuntergang im Zimmer. Das Parkplätze vorhanden waren.

Cons:

Pros:

The room was very big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge. Bathroom with toilet and additional, separate toilet. Two sinks. Indoor pool, gym, restaurant with really good food. Private beach with sunlaungers. The view from the balcony was amazing, we could watch rhe sunset from our room. The breakfast fast ok, nothing special, but could eat it at the beach front, which is a bonus. The staff was amazing!!!! Very helpful and kind. The waiter serving breakfast was amazing and the waiter, that serves us dinner was extremely patient and understanding. Overall, nice stay, quiet place with amazing view.

Cons:

The stains on the leather sofa was huge, not sure how it was missed but the cleaner, and shower wasn't very clean. Not to mention that we didn't have a warm water for a day. For a family of 2 we only gad to bath towels and 2 hand towels. Free toiletries are the little soap and the shower gel is in a dispenser. It's a bit far from Split or any decent restaurants, but the one at the hotel was great.

Good location, nice stuff. But at this point the Hotel is 3 star. And needs a major update.

Pros:

Close to walk to restaurants and bars and close enough to the old town without all the people the beach was on the property which was convenient breakfast was pretty good

Cons:

Perhaps gurney around the beach rocks to not have them as slippery getting in and out of the water but not sure if that’s even possible?

Dreckiges und abgewohntes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist unumstritten wunderschön.
Direkt am Strand.
Wir hatten ein Deluxe Room mit direktem Meerblick.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Hotels lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Es war egal wo überall dreckig und unordentlich.
Warum das Hotel 4 Sterne hat kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, groß und komfortabel.
Das Bad war sehr dreckig, vorallem die Badewanne.
Man hat sich sehr unwohl gefühlt.
Egal wo es waren vorallem auch Möbelstücke kaputt.
Der Pool auf dem Dach mit der Ausstattung war in einem schlechten Zustand.
Der Kellner bei Frühstück wischte die Krümmel mit der Hand weg oder wischte ggf.die Tische mit einem Lappen ab um sich diesen dann unter die Achseln zu klemmen.
Die Croissants wurden "liebevoll"von diesem angefasst und gerade gerückt.
Die Kaffeemaschine stand vor Dreck und der Toaster war bestimmt schon 30 Jahre alt.
Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten.
Letztes Jahr waren wir im Hotel nebenan.
Das sind himmelweite Unterschiede.
Das schlimmste war der penetrante Geruch nach Essen und alten frittierten Öl der ständig auf dem Gang oder auch durch den Balkon ins Zimmer zog.
Die schlechten Bewertungen sind wirklich gerechtfertigt.
Sehr schade um dieses Hotel.

Dostaliśmy większy poķój niż zamówiliśmy 😊 bardzo fajne widoki z pokoju ( duży balkon ) oraz z restauracji ( wszystko smakuje znacznie lepiej ). Bardzo dobra cena jak na taką lokalizację. W okolicy kilka knajpek otwartch w październiku

Hotel mocno nadgryziony zębem czasu. W pokoju na środku ogromne wybrzuszenie w podłodze na którym nie raz się podknęliśmy 😒 bardzo głośna klimatyzacja - dobrze że wieczory i nocki byķy chłodne i można było otworzyć okna. Restauracja z ładnym widokiem ale... śniadania wybitnie ubogie. W zasadzie niewiele więcej ponad jajka i naleśniki na słodko. Codzień to samo - wiem że to październik ale jednak trochę gości było. Basen z widokami na Morze ale... niestety już w Październiku niepodgrzewany. Woda lodowata jak na kryty basen - chłodniejsza niż Adriatyk w tym okresie (ok 21 stopni)

Leuk en mooi verblijf met goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Dicht bij strand zee.Mooi ingerichte kamer.

Cons:

De bomen op de parking laten een soort sap van bessen los .Onze huurauto zat helemaal onder het kleverige sap we hebben hem eerst moeten afwassen alvorens onze reis verder te kunnen zetten .
