Gleich vorweg, wir waren nicht in diesem Hotel; die Bewertung betrifft lediglich den Umgang des Personals bei spätem Check In.
Unsere Fähre von Palermo hatte 2 Stunden Verspätung und wir sind erst um 21.45Uhr mit den Motorrädern von der Fähre in Genua gekommen. Trotz telefonischer Anfrage ( noch während der Anfahrt zum Hafen) beim Hotel Luna, ob wir später einchecken können, ist uns das verwehrt worden. Uns wurde lediglich sehr unfreundlich gesagt dass die Rezeption um 22.30 Uhr schließt, dies war aber von Genua (189 KM) zum Hotel unmöglich zu schaffen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wollte noch nicht einmal unsere Buchungsnummer haben, wir mussten uns ein Hotel in Genua suchen.

Gut für eine Nacht als Reisezwischenhalt
Pros:

Das Personal war das Beste an diesem Hotel. Sehr freundlich, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und für die Lage waren wir über die Ruhe in der Nacht erstaunt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht (Nahe der Autobahn) und für eine Nacht als Durchreisezwischenstopp gut geeignet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung her okay, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Wer es mag, liegt auf der harten Matratze genau richtig - uns war sie jedoch zu hart.

Vom Frühstücksbuffet haben wir uns aufgrund der Bewertungen mehr erwartet aber dies ist auch immer Geschmackssache.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen und auch verabschiedet worden.
Das Hotel hat schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich. trotzdem war für uns alles okay.
Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, hatten auch mit einem Transporter Platz.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltiger als erwartet.

Pros:

Staff was very nice, hotel and rooms very spacious, good breakfast (not only italian style). My room had water tub which is not common experience.

Cons:

It was a little bit difficult to reach this hotel (I was without a car).

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Grande chambre. Nous avions choisi une salle de bain avec baignoire Spa. C'était très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
L'hôtel est équipé d'un parking extérieur et d'un parking en sous sol avec ascenseur.
