Nossa terceira vez em Roma e sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que estivemos. A localização é perfeita, pudemos fazer as principais atrações do centro histórico a pé. O quarto é extremamente confortável, silencioso, o banheiro é excelente! Limpeza impecável! O staff atencioso e nossas dúvidas foram prontamente atendidas e resolvidas.

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer a pie el centro de Roma y visitar los lugares más emblemáticos e importantes . También a pocos metros hay paradas de bus..
Tiene una puerta de entrada y pequeña recepción..
El personal muy amable.
La cama era cómoda y las almohadas un poco "duras" para mí, aunque eso es algo subjetivo.

Cons:

Nuestra ventana daba a un callejón y el jaleo de la calle se oye demasiado.
Aunque particularmente, no es una cosa que nos molestará demasiado.

Çalışanları çok yardımsever özellikle Romanyalı bir bayan vardı çok yardımcı oldu.. Otel çok merkezi konumdaydı. Her yeri yürüyerek gezdik. Kahvaltı gayet çeşitli ve güzeldi.

Cons:

Otel Ztl bölgesi içinde arabamızı Ztl bölgesi dışında bırakmak zorunda kaldık. otele 1.3 km çantalarla ve çocuklarla yürümek çok zordu.

Roma çok sıcak otel serin ama asansör sauna gibiydi ve korkutucu bi sesi vardı bide banyolarda hijyen daha iyi olabilirdi ama bu fiyata bu konuma yinede herşey harikaydı

Good stay in the heart of Rome.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in April, 2025. We were just a little bit less impressed this time. Because of the fabulous location, we might stay there again. The decline in services related to small issues: elevator out of service on departure (not really physically capable of carrying suitcases down stairs). Great staff stepped up.

Staff excellent.

Location excellent. Short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. Taxi ride to the Vatican.

Breakfast was ample.

Very hot summer in Europe. A/C was top notch (once we figured out how to set the temperature).

Cons:

The fridge is tiny (same as the fridge a year ago). Seems to be standard.

On arrival we could not get any cold water pressure and the hot water was very hot. The pressure on the cold water feed was set too low. Rectified first thing next morning.
