Lange, schwarze Haare auf dem Bett,
Frühstücksbereich hat uns nicht gefallen.(Sitzbereich und Anordnung des Buffets zu zersplittert.

Auf den Geburtstag eines Gastes am Anreisetag wurde trotz E-Mail überhaupt nicht eingegangen.
Sauberkeit nicht perfekt.
Haare noch im Waschbecken und auf dem Fußboden.
Ansonsten - Durchschnitt.

Selve værelset var fint, men personalet var ikke særlig venlig eller serviceminded

Værelset var fint. Der var rent.

Cons:

Receptionisten var ubehøvlet og arrogant. Først sagde han “jeg kan ikke finde jeres booking”, hvorefter han spørger om bookingnummer. Da vi finder dette frem, siger han “nej, ID”. Efterfølgende finder vi ID frem, men er usikker på om han mener dette. Vi holder passet frem på afstand grundet usikkerhed, og han siger meget koldt og arrogant “ja, jeg kan jo ikke se det helt her ovre fra”. Selv den anden receptionist siger noget til ham. Bagefter er det den anden receptionist der fortæller hvor elevatoren er. Han var på ingen måde serviceminded eller venlig

Ottimo albergo adiacente il centro storico.
Pros:

L'albergo è ben insonorizzato, nonostante la camera fosse al primo piano adiacente una strada principale. Letto molto comodo. In camera c'è un gradito set per preparare il caffè. Doccia chiusa di generose dimensioni.
La posizione è eccezionale! Davanti ad un ingresso delle mura perimetrali del centro storico. Eccellente il parcheggio interno.

Cons:

La moquette in camera è un po macchiata. La pulizia del bagno è buona ma non irreprensibile. Il televisore trasmette solo canali tedeschi: nel 2026 non dovrebbe mancare l'accesso alle app!
