Pros:

Wir konnten um 8 Uhr das Gepäck abstellen und um 13 Uhr einchecken.
Schönes,großes Zimmer mit guten Betten.

Cons:

Der Preis war etwas zu hoch aber wohl für Hamburg normal.

Stanze spaziose, servizio non adeguato.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, posizione non centrale ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile.

Cons:

La prima colazione è migliorabile, idem il servizio : non hanno mai rifatto la stanza, è terminato il sapone in bagno, abbiamo avvisato ma non si sono preoccupati di intervenire.

Kannte das Hotel bereits, für meine Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend. Bett sehr bequem, Frühstück gut und ausreichend, Personal sehr freundlich, Zugang mit Karte finde ich persönlich extrem praktisch.
Gut erreichbar, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn und normalerweise drei Minuten von der Bushaltestelle (Bus ab HBF)

Cons:

Ewigkeitsbaustelle in der Nähe, dadurch Verlegung der Bushaltestellen - aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Wir werden dort nicht mehr absteigen - vor allem nicht im Blick auf Preis-Leistung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Durch die Megabaustelle vor den Strassen des Hotels, wird bei der Rückkehr aus Hamburg die Bushaltestelle Billhorner Mühlenweg nicht mehr angefahren, nur für die Abfahrt in die Stadt. D.h. man steigt am Besten eine Haltestelle später aus, muss dann aber wieder ein gutes Stück zurück gehen. Die Buslinie 3 ist an 3 von 4 Tagen komplett ausgefallen wegen Demonstrationen bzw. sonstiger Problematik. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuss ist, ist das Hotel aktuell eine Herausforderung. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht, den wir jedoch nicht nutzen konnten, da unser Auto zu sportlich für die sehr steile Einfahrt in das Parkhaus war. Wir mussten uns dann mühsam einen Parkplatz um das Hotel herum ergattern. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und man merkt, dass es dort keine Küche gibt.

Für einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg völlig ok, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Fahrt in die Stadt mit dem Bus unkompliziert und schnell, 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorm Hotel.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind schon älter, waren aber heile und gepflegt, trotzdem wäre eine modernere Ausstattung schöner.
