Zimmerschlüssel Empfang durch Nachttressor bei später Anreise , perfekt. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich

Cons:

Ein Zimmer im Keller , Fenster auf Höhe der Autoscheinwerfer , Zimmer in den oberen Etagen waren vor 10 Tagen über die Hälfte billiger. Zimmer im Keller sehr hellhörig. Preis-Leistung passt in diesem Fall überhaupt nicht.

Pros:

Was a great stay for one night, very close to train station and city, easy to find and easy check in process. We would definitely stay again if we are passing through and needing another night's accommodation. Everything felt clean enough and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, for room 15.. You could smell smoke coming in through it, probably from another room. The bathroom was on the other side of the room from the window so any smells and steam from shower has to travel through the whole room to escape. Also there is no aircon unit or fan to encourage airflow towards the window. Because of this we would not stay longer than one night as it is quite unpleasant.

Excelente relación calidad-precio y la ubicacion si van a la hbf

Cómodo y un buen aseo de las habitaciones

Cons:

Qué no tuviera recepción 24 horas. Y el desayuno muy limitado aunque puede ser porque había poquita gente en el hotel y era un día de semana.

The staff was really helpful for the late check in

Cons:

The room was very disappointing. There were no towels at all—not even one. There were no shower towels or hand/face towels provided. This is a basic necessity that every hotel room should have. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Nahe Lage zum Bahnhof. Kaffe auf Nachfrage erhalten obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Badezimmer roch nach Schimmel, war sehr alt. Betten viel zu weich und durchgelegen so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
